房間寬敞，服務熱情，工作到位。來到酒店就像來到了家裡一樣，走進大廳，工作人員主動熱情的打招呼迎接客人，讓人感到格外温暖；餐飲工作人員熱情周到的為顧客提供健康的餐食。最有特色的是：房間裏還有提供的旅遊訊息，太為顧客着想了。謝謝老闆，祝老闆生意興隆，發大財！

城市便捷以往也住過不少，像這間這麼多問題的第一次遇到，首先酒店大門在一條窄巷內，兩旁停滿電動車，一不小心就會刮到，所謂停車場是在酒店幾十米外一塊空地上，完全沒有管理那種。前台的小妹妹感覺是啥也不知道，問她停車場是不是往裡麪開，衹答“嗯”。問她早餐時間也説錯，還是旁邊的搞衞生阿姨糾正的，問她WIFI密碼，回答説是房卡上有，找了半天沒找到，再去問才説是房卡上的服務熱線電話就是WIFI密碼。空調製冷不行，顯示22度但根本不涼，所謂師傅來了，鞋也不脱直接踩台上去用手感受一下風口，測温器都有就隨口説製冷沒有問題。還有浴室趟門的限位壞了、窗開關壞了、毛巾老舊、渠口反味衹能用濕紙巾蓋住、貓眼上方裝了走火示意圖導致打不開等等。

凌雲的城市便捷，他家停車是公共車位，酒店在一個衚衕裏，街前街後都可以停，吃飯衹有一家，一個金水源土菜，就在街後面停車場那裡。然後他家的空調有問題，夜裡準備開空調，不製冷，第二日跟前台提了一下，前台回覆説，第一我們的空調，衹能開到18°以下，才能啟動。第二，你昨天夜裡可以跟我們説，我們前台24小時服務，感覺怪怪的，我覺得（我以為）如果空調壞了半夜三更的換房間太麻煩，就沒折騰，誰知道你家空調跟別的城市便捷酒店不一樣呢。還有他家的床鋪也不舒服。

從巴馬回來，要去凌雲茶山和樂業大石圍天坑，選擇在城市便捷休整，房間設施齊全，有公用洗衣房，衣服可以烘乾，早上有免費自助，門外可以免費停車。
