環境：從踏入酒店大堂起，就能感受到它的高端與精緻。整體裝修風格簡約大氣，細節之處卻盡顯品質。房間佈置温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟，床單被罩乾淨整潔，衞生間沒有任何異味，洗漱用品擺放規整。而且，酒店的隔音效果超棒，讓我能享受安靜的休息時光。周邊環境也很宜人，交通便利，臨近地鐵站和公交站，附近還有商場和美食街，出行和覓食都很方便。
服務：酒店的服務堪稱一流。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我介紹酒店的各項設施和周邊景點。入住期間，有任何需求，衹要打電話給客房服務，都能得到及時響應和解決。有一次我不小心弄臟了衣服，向酒店求助，工作人員很快幫我聯繫了洗衣服務，還在最短時間內把洗好的衣服送回房間。退房時，工作人員還耐心詢問入住感受，讓人心裏暖暖的。
設施：酒店的設施非常齊全。健身房器材種類豐富，維護得很好，能滿足各種鍛鍊需求。游泳池水質清澈，水温適宜，暢遊其中十分愜意。餐廳提供的餐食種類繁多，味道可口，無論是早餐的豐富自助，還是晚餐的精緻菜品，都讓人讚不絕口。

酒店位於靈武國巨百貨的後邊，也在西湖邊上。晚上樓下還有夜市。
房間內部空間還算寬敞，看起來也比較整潔。訂的房間窗外就是西湖，晚上回去的比較晚，早晨起來眺向窗外，滿眼綠色，還有公園的湖水，整個人的心情都好了。
訂的標間，房間內部配有四瓶礦泉水，紙品配備也比較充足。
酒店服務人員比較熱情，晚上住宿的時候有耐心接待，離店的時候也有温馨提醒。
