酒店位於靈武國巨百貨的後邊，也在西湖邊上。晚上樓下還有夜市。
房間內部空間還算寬敞，看起來也比較整潔。訂的房間窗外就是西湖，晚上回去的比較晚，早晨起來眺向窗外，滿眼綠色，還有公園的湖水，整個人的心情都好了。
訂的標間，房間內部配有四瓶礦泉水，紙品配備也比較充足。
酒店服務人員比較熱情，晚上住宿的時候有耐心接待，離店的時候也有温馨提醒。
