門死的關都管不住，每次開關門都要費好的勁，關半天都關不住，沒客人反應過嗎？隔音效果也很一般，靠馬路，車聲聽的很清楚，車一鳴笛你就不用睡了，不膈音，半夜差點沒被蚊子咬死，下來前台看前台睡著了不好意思打擾，一晚上沒睡着，住賓館和酒店房間是免費提供水和紙巾的吧，水不提供就算了，紙都要收錢，那我請問什麼不收錢？收一百按金房間東西都要錢，紙都要錢，本來想着以後去都住那邊，一次真是住夠了。

不知道這家賓館對客人的私隱是怎麼看待的。我上午睡著了有陌生人敲門，然後開門進來。我非常確定我在晚上睡覺之前把門關好了。難道這個房間的房卡除了前台和保潔還有別人有嗎。
如果是保潔開的話，為什麼保潔會擅自開沒有退房的房門呢，難道保潔不應該是前台告訴退房了才可以進來嗎。為什麼會在我入住期間進來呢。我有沒有退房，難道你們不清楚嗎，還需要保潔來敲門再進來確認？你們前台電腦是不會用嗎。保潔不會用對講機嗎。這屬於侵犯客人私隱了吧。
麻煩你們好好整頓吧，換位思考你們住賓館被開門進來人是什麼感受。
洗手枱下水口往上返臭氣，基本的設施就是這樣嗎，我沒有理由去故意找你們的茬，也沒那個閑心，就説這麼多，自己看吧
