Lingshui Hotels with Airport pickup service

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

We stayed there second time and it’s a wonderful peaceful place, not crowded, the perfect place to calm down from the busy Shanghai. We stayed in a Pool Villa what is really wonderful. All the staff is so nice and helpful, we needed the Covid Test at day 3 in Hainan and the hotel driver brought us to the local hospital to do it, very convenient, total time 20 minutes. The only weak point is the restaurant, very slow service, one hour to get drinks, maybe a communication problem. And restaurant is very loud. The other days we chose the bar for dinner, quiet, outside seating and drinks and food much quicker. When we need a quiet place we will always come back!

This place was incredible. We got a free upgrade to a suite with huge terrace and sea view. Beach is nice and has some amenities. Breakfast is also large and nice. Service very good. If you drive and want to discover places off the beaten track, this place is recommendable. Free parking in front of the hotel.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

Very satisfied. Breakfast was the most and the best among all the hotels I stayed in during the National Day holiday. It was more comfortable than the Hyatt and there was a big swimming pool. I didn't have time to experience it. But I quickly went to soak in a hot spring at night. The temperature was just right. I slept well after soaking. I was worried about the inconvenience of eating after reading the reviews. In fact, it was very close to the Qingshui Bay Food Street, so it was impossible to walk. Haha, but it was very convenient to take a taxi. We rented a car and drove by ourselves. It took more than ten minutes to get there. There were various food options. I personally think the location of the hotel is not bad. It was very quiet to sleep. Takeaways were delivered by robots. All aspects were more satisfactory than the Hyatt. The girl at the front desk seemed to be called Dora. She was very considerate and gave us a holiday last time. All seven of us gave us freshly baked cookies. There were also toiletries and bathrobes for the children. She also added me on WeChat to introduce the hotel's features and nearby attractions. In short. I only stayed for one night at the last stop of the National Day and felt that I didn't stay long enough. Unfortunately, my child had to go to school and couldn't stay longer. I can only say that it was really worth it! ! ! See you next time, I will recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is in a great location in Lingshui in Qingshui Bay, near a food street with a variety of options. The hotel is a service apartment - each room has a kitchen area including a sink and stove. The rooms are large and include lounging chairs, balcony, separate shower, toilet, and bath tub. Beds are large, slightly hard by western standards, but comfortable. Rooms come with a TV and powerful air conditioner. The balcony offers Seaviews and a washing machine. The beach, a very long stretch of sand, is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a pool and fitness center on site. Guests are offered free photo shoot by the hotel on the beach, a nice perk. A good, affordable place to stay if traveling the coast of Hainan.

The Hyatt Regency R&F Bay in the off-season is such a pleasant surprise! The rooms are average but the price is cheap! Those who have high requirements for rooms can consider it again! The amusement park is very pleasantly surprised, and the mermaid show is awesome! After a tiring visit, go back to the hotel and sleep before continuing to visit! For restaurants, I recommend the underwater restaurant in the Secret Land of the South China Sea, which is very cost-effective. Although it looks like the most expensive restaurant in the park, it is really the most cost-effective. The fireworks show is absolutely beautiful! The key is that you don’t need a bicycle at this price! I specifically praised Zi Han and asked the front desk if I could borrow sand dredging tools. A new set was delivered directly to the door. Although I didn’t use it, the service attitude was really good!

This time I went to Lingshui and stayed at Wyndham Hotel for two nights. I rented a car myself and felt that the hotel was very comfortable. We have two children. The room is big enough, clean, and has a large balcony. The service attitude of the staff is very good. When we needed to add bath towels, the room sister quickly brought two clean bath towels. The next day, she also put two children's toothbrushes in our room. The original package included breakfast for two adults and one child. We brought two children, and we were not asked to pay extra for breakfast. When we forgot something when checking out, the little brother from the concierge took the initiative to go to the room to get it for us. It was really nice.

This was one of the better hotels we stayed at in Wanning. The room was spacious and modern. Breakfast was simple with feyits, some cereals, egg station, fresh noodles being made. Our room had a balcony over looking the bay. The beach is 200 meters away down a side path. The swimming pool was well received, and you could actually swim and? do lengths in it. No English channels on the TV. The only problem I had with the room was that the pillows were not good. I needed three to find some sort of comfort.

The room was comfortable and tidy, and the scenery outside the window was pleasant. The front desk staff was warm and courteous and felt at home. Easy parking. Not far from the surrounding area is the surfing field, the sea sand is fine, the sea breeze is breezy, and the waves are bursting. In the morning, you can walk to the beach for ten minutes to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient.
