When I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros:
- a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime
-room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool)
-a toilet room separated from the shower
-Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2
Cons:
-The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason
- The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day)
- the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing
-the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage
The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though.

The hotel is very close to the beach and has a high cost-effectiveness. Thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading our suite. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the sanitation and cleaning are in place in a timely manner, and the cost-effectiveness is super high.

Greentown Blue Bay Hotel is a cost-effective hotel, right next to the Westin Hotel, with a good environment, large houses, and close to the beach. I looked at several hotels for a self-driving tour, and booked a room on Ctrip after arriving at the hotel. The front desk clerk was very friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room for free, and took the initiative to offer a late check-out at 2:00 pm.

The front desk lady He's service was warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment was good, the breakfast was average, and the bed in the room made noises, but the hotel staff was enthusiastic and the front desk service was good. They helped us mail our items and booked a free bus. It was OK. I will come again if I have a chance. I hope the hotel can improve the problem of the bed. It was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep.

He upgraded me to a sea view family room. The room balcony was large and clean, so I stayed there for a week. It was very close to the beach, and the owner's canteen next door was delicious.
