對於酒店的要求還是蠻高的
正好，這家酒店還是符合我的要求
設施：有智能語音小度，可以讓小度幫你完成基本操作，挺高級的。
衞生：乾淨明亮，通風換氣，朝南位置不錯！
環境：附近有很多吃的，離市區不遠，大堂很高級，出差首選。
服務：前台小姐姐服務很熱情，會告訴入住的注意事項。

房間床單和被子睡的有些癢，應該是洗滌用洗衣葯劑沒過水乾淨及房間隔離效果也不太好，整個晚上對房的傳出天倫之聲整晚沒睡好！

當天鐘點改整晚了，入住以後打前台電話確認過可以不扣鐘點的費用，讓我們重新下整晚的訂單，前台那邊可以取消鐘點，結果還是扣了兩筆費用。現在打電話問不承認那邊説過可以取消了，還説要我們自己攜程取消，不相信他們工作人員會説他們可以取消，搞笑，我都入住了咋取消呢，真的**

入住酒店打開門就有一股濃濃的煙味 但也能理解，於是就把窗子打開通風 味道依然很重
衞生間的浴巾毛巾都是餿的，但洗澡的水很沖，晚上睡覺的時候就總覺得哪裡有餿味 像很久沒洗的衣服，然後發現是枕頭，枕頭上有污漬 床單上也有，懷疑是沒換床品，味道特別餿但當時已經12點多，就沒再麻煩服務員換，墊着衣服睡了一晚，第二天想用杯子熱牛奶，打開杯子竟然沒有刷我真的驚呆了

春節期間酒店不是很好預訂，陵水這邊選擇也有限，和美達綜合評分6.5/10吧，房間比較寬敞乾淨，附近有夜市和超市，挺方便的。

你家賓館對面這個雞窩是影響客人二次入住的最主要因素，雞鴨鵝從凌晨2點叫到早上7/8點，沒見過這麼早起和這麼能叫的；二是本來店內的房間的隔音就做的很差，走廊隔壁空調外設總機的聲音都很大，太影響睡眠。一個賓館做不到讓客人正常入睡，硬件軟裝再好看也是白搭。絕對是首要問題，急待解決。
