Location is good, there's a food street just right at the entrance, the apartment is spacious and clean, staff are nice, a short walk to the beach.

The hotel is in a great location in Lingshui in Qingshui Bay, near a food street with a variety of options.
The hotel is a service apartment - each room has a kitchen area including a sink and stove.
The rooms are large and include lounging chairs, balcony, separate shower, toilet, and bath tub.
Beds are large, slightly hard by western standards, but comfortable. Rooms come with a TV and powerful air conditioner. The balcony offers Seaviews and a washing machine.
The beach, a very long stretch of sand, is accessible in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a pool and fitness center on site.
Guests are offered free photo shoot by the hotel on the beach, a nice perk. A good, affordable place to stay if traveling the coast of Hainan.

The beach is excellent! Clean, clear and not crowded! The pool was closed which was very disappointing. The rooms had a weird smell and we were told that the hot tubs on the balcony are only for decoration because the jets don’t work. Comfy beds though! Staff are helpful too.

First of all, it didn't say it's not a regular hotel and there's no actual pool next to it, so I feel tricked. More accurate description can be found on Chinese Ctrip, so I recommend starting with this. If you're looking for a longer stay with your family in blocks of flats in a regular apartment close to the Clear Water Bay and snack street it's a very good choice. The beach and nearby marina are highly recommended

The location is quiet. Go downstairs and walk for three minutes to the food court. The view from the room is very beautiful and the service from the lady at the front desk is also very good. Recommended
