房間很大，孩子覺得像迷宮，有個游泳池，別墅區就是蚊子比較多

我進去泳池很滑，旁邊沒提示板。然後直接摔進了泳池手機耳機全部進水，我也沒打算讓酒店怎麼樣。然後我就去想着先把澡洗了。結果洗澡的時候發現水降不下去！我就打電話給商家看到成都號碼就掛了…我是把您怎麼了嗎？然後我就説算了我不住了退房他不願意。我一身摔得淤青手機耳機全部進水。（打電話用的我老公的，還有我朋友的）然後大半夜的進去特別嚇人的感覺，燈泡一直閃。哪個浴缸。。簡直臟的不忍直視！後面我朋友也説不住了錢他也不要了，後來勸了下他我就和我老公去他房間了我們睡都沒睡天亮了白天休息了下就走了！！你説我肯定是房間有問題才打電話給您是吧？掛我電話，我朋友電話也不接。看到我們號碼就掛了，我們又沒讓你補償又沒把你怎麼樣！有這樣的人？真的服了，別説你們晚了要睡了就掛了。。我朋友第二天給他打電話他也沒接嘛！離譜媽給離譜兒子開門

房間特別老舊，整體的設施也和圖片不符，找酒店要什麼什麼都沒有，服務很怠慢。吃飯衹能點外賣，酒店的廚具完全不敢用，從這裏打車到亞龍灣站或者鄰水站都要一百多塊錢，交通特別不方便，不是自駕來的，非常不推薦

服務很好，管家能做到訊息馬上回復，管家還能幫忙取快遞，這是我沒有想象到的。一次住了大概10天左右，第三天隔壁裝修，和老闆説了。老闆馬上就過來和裝修的人説了，老闆還帶我們去看了附近的房子，因為行李太多，就沒換。後來再也沒有吵到我們了，我們也就住的很

酒店位置很好，位於福灣小區的別墅區，生活也很方便。很適合自駕的人！小區環境非常好，就像住在公園裡，離海邊非常近，走路也就幾分鐘就可以到海邊，在海邊直接可以看到亞特蘭蒂斯。這個海岸錢和亞特是同一個海岸錢，海水🌊非常好，是小區自己的沙灘🏖️，所以沙灘很乾凈，人也不多，很適合帶孩子或喜歡沙灘的人！
吃的也比較方便，小區門口就有超市和各種小吃和酒店。房間帶簡單的廚具，也可以自己做飯！
我入住的房間設施有些陳舊，但衞生還可以，老闆態度很好，遇到事情也積極協商解決！一次不錯的選擇

小區環境可以，近海邊海棠灣，這是優點。
有泳池，也是優點。
但是裏面的電器床門沖涼房裝修等都太舊了，一樓潮濕也有原因，聽説是14年的樓盤。可以説跟圖片不符。跟圖片不符。 住兩晚就將就換其他。謹慎。
