We were pleasantly surprised by how clean, nice and family friendly this hotel was. The food was amazing and there are tons of activities for kiddos. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay here a memorable one - big shout out to Amber Z! She made our stay so much easier and nicer!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately the outdoor pool and the hot springs were not open for swimming due to pandemic restrictions, which was a massive let down.
The hotel's breakfast and the restaurant's food is very good and I would highly recommend it. The hotel also caters for families with kids~

Location is quiet, not that close to the beach but accessible by car. Swimming pool is large and the gym is good. I recommend the sauna.

房間佈局和裝修是這幾天住酒店裡麪最喜歡的，佈局緊湊而時尚，不大不小剛剛好。酒店很大，也有停車場，很方便，很有在東南亞度假的感覺，彷彿置身雨林深處。如果是專門為了泡温泉不建議來這個酒店，因為開設的池子很少，時間也有限制，泡池也很小，如果是為了放鬆跑酒店十分推薦，性價比很高。

入住送了熱乎乎的鬆餅，還免費升級到園景房，管家曾德華服務非常熱情周到，酒店內部園林小環境整的很不錯，泡池也是硅鹽酸天然温泉，還可以喂松鼠和兔子，小朋友玩瘋了，好評推薦！

酒店很大氣 下了高速五分鐘就到了 酒店還有充電樁 五一入住高峯期 值班經理Jerry提前聯繫我 記錄了我的喜好和房間需求 幫我安排的房間非常好 十分感謝 禮賓很有禮貌會主動幫忙拿行李 趙經理幫我辦的入住 十分專業 酒店的健身房這個乾淨 酒店還有温泉 天氣比較熱沒有去泡 泳池很大 非常適合打卡拍照 出來度假遊游泳十分愜意 早餐也不錯 酒店還有免税店的穿梭巴士和折扣 感謝酒店的所有服務人員 讓我度過了一個愉快的假期 有機會還會再來
