避雷，千萬！這是我此生住過最次最差的酒店，一進屋一個超大個蟑螂，空調也不好使，換了房間後，空調一直都是嘎嘎冷的狀態，沒法調小，然後噪音。涼水洗澡，沒有熱水，服務員告訴得放半個小時才能有熱水，好，我聽話，放了30分鐘，嗯，點點温水，哪有熱水？説好的早餐，連個雞蛋都沒有，告訴我有鹹鴨蛋。根本沒有能吃的東西，然後那個外面的涼菜，水果就都是蟲子在上面飛。房間的設施條件簡直太差太差了，我已經沒有語音形容他家的環境。無語至極！必須讓要去的人避雷！去了得後悔死。果斷換酒店……

在陵水過完年之後入住的，房間的設施各方面還是很不錯的，周圍雖然比較吵，但是房間裏還可以。就是價格波動比較大。

房間衞生不是很好，前台服務還行，床上有頭髮，還有發黃的，還有很多煙灰，都掛請勿打擾排了，還來敲門打擾，沒有交接好，

服務：前台小姐姐態度很好温柔似水，沒有預訂房型還給升級了房間，特別棒，看日出特別好
設施：房間環境差強人意的，普普通通，有早餐也不錯我不過我沒吃，來不及

房間可以看湖，附近有美食街，就是外面道路施工稍微有點吵，不過是階段性的，早餐種類多，離沙灘的距離開車也還好。

硬件設施不錯，細節不好，服務一般。兩個人的房間衹配了一雙簡陋的塑料拖鞋，洗臉水小的的很，半天都接不滿一捧。早餐廳小的可憐，味道也不好，沒有一樣可口的飯菜。
