沒有一次性拖鞋，全部房間一股發黴的味道，沒有熱水，比一百塊錢的酒店環境都差，憑什麼收3000多，預訂了還不能取消訂單，攜程也是，你都不瞭解一下房間情況讓你們客户住這樣沒有良心的酒店，真的最差的酒店沒有之一

酒店在清水灣最中心瀚海銀灘二期海邊洋房，附近吃喝都很方便，小區有兩個泳池，一個是一期公寓樓的免費泳池，另一個是海邊的收費20元的大泳池，清水灣旅遊度假區海邊還是有很多拍照的景點，我們去猴島和呆呆島玩，還去了富力海洋公園水世界，酒店服務還是很不錯的 以人為本

親和源套房寬敞舒適明亮，室內配套設備齊全應有盡有，廚房可以做飯，有十幾平米的大陽台，陽台外景色優美宜人。樓下前台24小時值班，黃經理和每個值班服務員都態度和藹可親，熱情周到，有問必答，入住和退房效率極高。陵水親和源旁邊就是美食街各種美食齊全，人氣旺盛。附近超市，便利店，葯房，公交站配套齊全。10分鐘步行即可到達清水灣沙灘，真是避冬度假的首選之地！

衞生：乾淨整潔，可以做飯，住了兩晚有人幫忙打掃衞生
環境：在清水灣美食街旁邊小區，3個卧室都能看到海，其中一個在美食街樓上，晚上有點吵，早上可以看日出，晚上可以看日落，陽台還有個大浴缸🛁，私密性很好，可以下午很熱很曬時候讓小朋友玩水。衞生間有適老設施，還挺貼心，但是花灑不是很好用，有一天晚上11點停水了，前台馬上解決了，電梯裏沒有空調，真的好熱，樓下可以停車，出去一次3塊，過夜停差不多11-13元一次
服務：前台有問必答，還不錯

這家店有點出乎意外：
1，位置好 旁邊小門出去就是美食街 小區門左拐就是清水灣海灘
2，房間夠大 130平 有2個衞生間 設施對長者友好
3，廚具餐具齊全 做飯方便 就是冰箱冷藏壞了換了一個還是不怎麼行 懶的説了
總之 這個價位住到是非常合算的

小區環境很好，可以直接走到海邊沙灘，樓下前台服務，也很方便，就是洗澡水太小，可能是幾個衞生間公用熱水器的原因吧，馬桶聲音太響，影響睡眠，陽台很大，景觀不錯

房間整體不錯，衞生條件也可以，床上用品也不錯，床軟硬合適。但是餐廚鍋具一般般。兩個衞生間衹有一間可以洗澡。水量十分小，噴頭好像堵了一樣。
