The hotel was nice and the receptionist upgraded our room from the 4th floor to the 10th floor. The view was better but you couldn't see the beach. As we had arrived late, we asked what time the breakfast was available and one of the receptionists told us 7-11am. We went to get breakfast at 10:15am and were then told breakfast finished at 10am. That was disappointing as we had paid for the breakfast. Aside from that, it was a decent hotel.

環境：園區綠植很多，環境很好
第一次來陵水，商業很少，但是空氣比較好，酒店比較老沒那麼新，服務算中上，還沒到陵水就接到酒店的電話以為訂單怎麼了，原來是提前幫我開空調了，我愛人本來還抱怨海南熱，這個舉動驚喜到了，前台男孩還給安排了高樓層的房間視野很好，早餐普通自助餐，中規中矩，門口的姑娘還給我們磨了咖啡（雖然我沒要），泳池是最舒服的，透心涼，可以留宿的老式酒店。

還可以吧，服務比不上五星級酒店，但是這麼低的價格也不提不上服務了，畢竟多少錢有多少錢的服務，感覺酒店住的還算挺舒服，

酒店位置不錯，游泳池和水上樂園都很方便。酒店住客可以從花園直達海邊，退潮可以趕海，海邊有海膽和小螃蟹。

來的着急沒有拍照，小朋友在三亞玩水沒玩夠，看到温德姆有家庭房可以直接進泳池，但看到評價説有發黴的味道，所以先去看了一下房間。總結一下，房間衞生都不錯，而且推開陽台門就是泳池，小朋友非常開心。但泳池比較少，所以要看出行的個人需求，總體性價比還可以。早餐沒有三亞豐盛但也還可以。總體比預期要好。所以可以給五分。

前台的小徐服務很周到、酒店環境很好、特別是酒店下海邊路上的綠化植被，讓人有走在公園的感覺、早餐很豐富。雖然酒店開業時間長，但是各方面保養還在線，特別摟下泳池，遊幾個來回讓人解除一身的疲憊、值得一來、度假首選！

這次去陵水在温德姆酒店住了兩晚，自己租車，感覺酒店非常舒適，我們是兩個小朋友，房間夠大，乾淨，有個大大的陽台，工作人員服務態度很好，需要加浴巾客房姐姐也是很快就拿來兩條乾乾淨淨的浴巾，第二天還給我們房間放了兩個小童牙刷。本來套餐裏面是兩大一小的早餐，我們帶兩個孩子，吃早餐業沒叫我們加錢。退房時忘了東西，禮賓部的小哥哥主動上客房給我們拿下來，真的非常nice。
