A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The grounds and room were beautiful, room service was efficient but I want to give a special thanks to Joe Torres who went above and beyond. I normally never ever write reviews but this time i felt I had to. We had a minor issue in the room which Joe resolved super quick and efficiently but he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Of course an upgrade was nice but it was more the little details like asking what time we were checking out so he could send us off and a thoughtful leaving gift that were special touches. His warmth, sincerity and efficiency is the gold standard - and I can't remember meeting anyone better in the hospitality industry in my 14 years here in China and I have stayed in all the major 5 star hotels in shanghai and beijing.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

The Raffles Hotel was the most satisfying hotel in this trip. The hotel is in a Southeast Asian style and very beautiful. The movie "She Was Missing" was filmed in this hotel. It is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. The hotel's deputy manager Yao Xiaolin contacted us one day in advance and helped us arrange a high-rise sea view suite in advance. The room is more than 200 square meters, clean and hygienic. When we checked in, the lady accompanied us all the way and guided us to the room. Because the hotel is relatively large, we kept bothering the lady, and she also answered all our questions and solved all our problems. She was also very helpful. The hotel helped us check in early and check out late. The Southeast Asian restaurant in the hotel is very delicious and authentic, and it has received unanimous praise from our family of three. The hotel has two swimming pools, which can satisfy both swimming and children's play. Crossing the swimming pool is the beach area of ​​the hotel. This is the famous singing beach in Qingshui Bay. The water is clear and the sand is white. You can pick up shells and catch crabs. We all had a lot of fun. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and there are Lingshui's special clear soup and sour powder. The hotel's travel photography is also great. The staff is serious and responsible. Our family decided to come directly to Lingshui next time and only choose Raffles. The service is satisfactory👍

The accommodation experience was very good, but I didn't have enough time because of the typhoon. I will bring my children to stay at Raffles next time. The housekeeper Evonne provided very good service and responded to messages promptly. I couldn't find the spa location, and Evonne took me there as soon as possible! ! ! The children's activities in the hotel are very good. I took the children to make cartoon bags, photo frame stickers, and handmade soaps, and they had a lot of fun.
