Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. The service was good, and the butler, Vida, was great and helped us a lot. The facilities were great too, the gym, the swimming pool, the access to the beach. Breakfast was not the best, but decent. Location was nice at the beachfront, but a little out of the way for other activities we wanted to do outside of Lingshui.

From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe.
