1. There was no hot water in the washbasin, the power strip next to it had no electricity so I couldn't use the hair dryer, and the bathroom was moldy. 2. My towels and disposable toothbrushes were not replaced. When I was leaving in the afternoon, I asked the front desk to change my towels and toothbrushes. The front desk responded, "Generally, we don't provide replacements for guests who only stay for one day." Then they changed their words and said that they could be replaced, and hoped that you could give a good review after checking out." I promised to give a good review. I was really angry when I returned to the room at night and saw that they hadn't been changed. We drove here from another province and had been on the road all night. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 8:30 in the morning, exhausted both physically and mentally. After checking in, I had already used the towel and toothbrush for washing. There was very little toothpaste in the disposable toothbrushes, so I used it up before going to bed and getting up in the morning. I estimated that it might not be enough for tonight and tomorrow morning. When I went out in the afternoon, I greeted the front desk and asked for a change. The front desk had agreed to change it, but when I came back, it wasn't changed, and I was very angry. I asked a friend who works in a hotel, and he said that they are indeed changed once a day, but generally they will be changed if guests request it. In order to avoid bad reviews or invite good reviews, the cost of changing towels and toothbrushes is very low, and they are all changed by the housekeeper, and the front desk does not need to do it. So I don't understand why they didn't replace it for me, especially when they promised me that I could replace it. I am leaving a bad review hereby. I just wanted new towels and toothbrushes, and did not ask for large workloads such as cleaning and changing bed sheets. I hope the hotel will not be so stingy in the future. After all, not every guest who only books for one day needs to request a room change. I only asked for it under special circumstances. The hotel did not even fulfill such a small request, which really made me angry.

I booked this hotel with my friends. There are parking spaces at the front and back doors, which is convenient for parking. It is also close to the mall. The hotel is very safe. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, so there won't be many people. The bedding in the room didn't make my skin uncomfortable after sleeping. It was quite clean. I stayed there for two nights and it was very comfortable. I was very satisfied. (The only downside is that the sink leaks all over the floor when the water is turned on. The water also has a strange smell. I brushed my teeth with my friend 🪥 and vomited while brushing)😂

The environment is average. The hotel lobby is very hot and there is no air conditioning. The boss is good at saving electricity. You need to get two room cards to take the elevator. They don't work at all. I went to the front desk twice and it didn't work. Finally, an auntie came to help me swipe it when she saw that it didn't work. The elevator didn't have air conditioning and it was stuffy. There was no UAS plug in the room.

Is the TV so advanced?

The room is big and clean, there are food nearby, the environment is good, the service is good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the network is not very good, the shower water is not hot, the waiter came twice to solve it with some warm water, the shower was still cold the next day, fortunately the weather was hot, so I just took a simple shower after playing.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. You can park in front of the door and there is also a parking lot at the back. The room is bright and spacious, the bed is also very large, the Wi-Fi signal is also very strong, the sanitary conditions are very good, the bathroom is very spacious, the shower water is plenty, the bathroom has windows and good ventilation. I didn't feel the humidity in Hainan that people often talk about. I was very satisfied, so I decided to stay one more day.
