This was my first time staying at an inn. I booked a 2-bedroom 1-living room on the highest floor of the inn for quietness. The windows were large but there were no screens. There was scaffolding outside the window. There were no doors in either room, and one room was covered with a gauze curtain. Every morning at around six o'clock every morning, a few long-term residents on the rooftop platform start chopping cutting boards, shouting and laughing, and the noise of the drilling rigs being constructed outside is endless. Cleaning requires an additional fee, you have to buy your own garbage bags, and there is no fruit tea bag or coffee machine. , there is no garden or green space outside, it is a street full of cars and people.

先説酒店：就在街上，新村夜市和去猴島的碼頭都步行可達，房間比較寬敞，兩邊都有陽台，老闆服務態度好，比較熱情，就是停車不太方便。 然後説説新村這個地方：我們從海口自駕過來，在日月灣，香水灣，新村，清水灣分別停留了幾天，印象最差的就是新村，整體物價偏高，且服務態度很差，主要是酒店所在這條街和夜市那條街，完全是針對遊客的物價，別的不説了，就説這條街上超市裡香蕉6塊，無籽紅提16塊9，猴島碼頭拐彎那條街上超市裡香蕉4塊，無籽紅提12塊9。其實沒必要買門票去猴島公園，自駕去猴島更好玩，然後夜市裡的東西其實別的地方也都能吃到，所以以後再來陵水我應該不會在新村停留了。

設施齊全乾凈衞生，帶孩子去的，老闆人好熱情，想去海邊趕海，本來要去買工具🛠️，老闆聽説了立馬把工具給拿來了，而且耐心高速哪裡吃飯方便，哪裡有好玩的地方，怎麼走！已經推薦給朋友了，性價比超高的一家酒店，適合長住也不會心疼錢的地方

服務：帶小寶寶出來玩，老闆特別熱情給我們介紹附近遊玩攻略，還親自送我們去景點。因為孩子小上午要睡覺，我們需要延遲退房老闆也特別理解，相比一些其他的民宿真的要強上百倍。從開始住店就一直強調有困難一定要跟他們講。真的很感謝🙏 設施：房間很大，所有的要用的東西都有。包括趕海的工具都有提供。 衞生：屋子乾淨整潔，住的很舒心。 環境：地理位置絕佳，離夜市走路不到5分鐘。離猴島售票處走路不到10分鐘。
