Shankee Chain Hotel (Lingshui Xincun Zhen Nanwan Houdao)

I generally don't write hotel reviews, but this time I really need to record my experience. It was the most disgusting place on my entire Hainan trip! Before arriving, I called the hotel's number on Ctrip, but no one answered. Upon arrival, the front desk was extremely impatient and rude, constantly saying they couldn't find my reservation. They later found it and gave me a key card. When we went upstairs, we discovered the room hadn't been cleaned even after 3:00 PM (is there a disconnect between the front desk and the cleaning staff?). We called the front desk from the room's landline, but no one answered, forcing us to go downstairs and look for it. When we went outside and saw the cleaning lady, she couldn't explain the situation, but she couldn't explain it for a long time. We went downstairs to the front desk, but they offered no apology. When I asked if the number had been disconnected the day before, she didn't even respond (so I reasonably suspect she was just being passive and ignoring the call). Parking your car in front of the hotel means you'll be asked to move it because it blocks the night market stalls and disrupts business. Luckily, another front desk lady took me to the parking lot on an electric scooter and brought me back (not the sullen lady from this afternoon. People are so different). If her attitude had been a little better, I wouldn't have wasted my time writing this review.

As a chain, the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, the road downstairs was closed at night and no advance notice was given, resulting in no place to park. The bathroom is big and nice. The location is also very convenient~

This place is pretty good. The rooms are smart and there is a place to store luggage. As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a night market with a lot of food. There are also convenience stores nearby, which is convenient.

The room was very nice. The aunt at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me find a parking spot and pointed me in the direction of where to go. There are delicious food all around. The night market is especially lively at night. There is a lot of delicious food.

Health: The hotel was newly opened in 2022. The rooms, facilities and equipment are newer, and the hygiene and cleanliness are in place. It was quite good to stay for 2 days! Facilities: There is intelligent voice control by Xiao Ai, and the room is generally ok! Environment: The transportation nearby is quite convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The whole street at the entrance is very lively at night, with various skewers, barbecues and snacks. Checked in to Miao Qiqi Coffee Shop ☕️ It’s more than 100 meters away from the hotel, super close~ Highly recommend the 9.9 yuan raw coconut latte, it’s really good! Just walk a few hundred meters down the road to the beach. But it’s been really hot these two days, so I have to go out around five or six in the evening~
