The landlady is beautiful and enthusiastic. She speaks in a very friendly voice. She responds quickly to inquiries. She recommends cost-effective attractions. The room is spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy. I like the decoration style. It feels like coming home and the surrounding environment is good. It is very close to Qingshui Bay Beach. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. The house price is not high and it is very cost-effective. I will stay here again if I come to Lingshui again. Awesome host.

The decoration style of the B&B is simple and fashionable, and the rooms are warm and comfortable, making people feel at home. The room is equipped with all the facilities needed for daily life, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is fully equipped.

房子上下三層，我們是10人入住（有小朋友），住起來綽綽有餘，感覺還能多住2人。我們是自駕，房子的位置對於我們還可以，反正是開車嘛，所以便利性不予評價。地下一層還買了滑滑梯，小朋友很喜歡玩。還有麻將機，我們不打麻將所以沒有使用，不知道是正常。建議嘛…晾曬功能不太夠，我們人多，能用的晾曬架不夠用，有些晾曬架壞掉了，浴室是乾濕分離的，洗澡間沒有放置洗浴用品的置物台。 總體還是滿意的。

房間裝修大氣，乾淨整潔，房東也非常棒，耐心回覆我們問題。房子整屋中央空調，入住體驗非常好。周邊離猴島，新村夜市非常近。鬧中取靜，小區環境也非常好，還自帶泳池和健身設施。總之非常棒，推薦入住。

房間寬大，適合朋友和家庭集體聚會，我們一行8個大人，2個小孩，房間剛好合適，有一個大廚房，可以煮飯，小區環境好，安靜，外面有商業街，可以買菜，就餐也方便。離海邊公園近，步行就可以到達，下次到清水灣還會選擇這裏。

小區環境清幽，隔小區門口也近，出入很方便。隔海鮮市場也不遠。管家大叔服務周到熱情。
