帶家人來陵水猴島玩，發現了一家很好的民宿，設施齊全很新，房間很乾凈，電視機夠大，能看電視台節目這一點對年紀大的人很友好，一路上很少有電視好用的，離海邊很近，老闆很熱情，介紹了好吃好玩的地方，強力推薦。

1、酒店位於繁華地段，逛街、吃飯、娛樂都很方便，強力推薦！2、價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦。3、這酒店讓在外的人，感受到歸家的感覺：這裡有温馨如家的環境，如果有機會，我還會來這裏。4、地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。5.房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。7、一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很精緻，前台很熱情，房間看起來很清爽，乾淨整潔9、整體還是很不錯的，在網上對比設施，性價比才選定這家，果然沒有讓我失望，裝修挺好，各方面都不錯，物有所值。

住宿的環境、衞生等比同區域的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，床舒適乾淨，屋裡整潔乾淨，住着安心，舒心！店裡工作人員熱情周到，值得推薦，位置好，去海邊近，周邊吃飯也方便。

位置還好找，就是裏面的服務太差，連住幾天，第二天叫換床單，人家説不臟，都是你自己睡一晚上而已，第三天到下午六點多打電話叫上來搞衞生換床單，而且在電話裏特別強調説床單兩天沒有換了，接電話太度倒是很好，臨了來換床單，我很禮貌的叫她阿姨，人家都不帶理我的，一邊換床單一邊説，其實都不臟，我都納悶了，我出錢的，為什麼不想給換，後面拿着枱子上我用過的浴巾説，這挺乾淨的，怎麼了呀，我回了一句，都用過了，都是打濕了的，她就很不高興，最後廁所的垃圾也沒有倒，雖然沒有滿，既然是續租，不應該每天都要搞衞生換床單嗎？結果就是換是換床單了，可是把WiFi給關了，出去吃個飯回來，WiFi一晚上連不上，都是顯示拒絕接入，好奇就連了一下其他房間的，結果一連就接上了，唯獨住的房間一晚上連不了，這做法簡直絕了，再不會入住，雖然不差我一個住客，但我也不差這一家住處，總之心情糟透了，不建議入住，差評

房子距離海邊步行10分鐘，設備挺齊全的，樓下不遠就是超市，老闆也很熱情，曬幾張陵水附近排的照片，非常適合3-4人旅遊居住

高考後陪家人出玩，住了超值的民宿公寓，不但衞生乾淨，裝修特別有逼格，物品也是很好，這應該是這個小鎮最好的民宿之一吧，聽老闆説之前衹是重要客户接待用的，不對外，今年才對外開放經營，真心不錯從空間到各種設施，這個環境沒得挑了，關鍵價格還特別便宜，大大讚。

我首先要説明我以下説的東西客觀公正絕對沒有半點虛假，説假話天打雷劈。老闆家的家庭房作為陵水這個地方的房價確實是不高的。我觀察了一下老闆家以及周邊的旅店是以月租為主的，主要是接待候鳥長者居多，所以條件和房價確實不能兩者兼得也沒有期待太多。但是你既然作為非月租房掛在網上賣那是不是基本的住宿條件要具備呢？沒有拖鞋，沒有浴巾毛巾，沒有洗頭水，沒有香皂，沒有沐浴露，沒有一次性洗漱套裝，不對，是有一套打開用過的還丟在浴室櫃裏，最關鍵的是連個衞生紙都沒有。好在我是長期旅行這些東西自己都有準備。我這不是月租來着，月租價格便宜你沒有這些我都能理解。後來我找自己的原因是不是別人説過沒有這些我自己沒看清楚，但我檢查了一下訂房訊息也沒有説一樣都沒有呀。我訂的套房是有冰箱廚房的，但是老闆家冰箱不是獨立供電的，拔了卡就斷電。問老闆能不能多給一張卡啥的免的冰箱裏的菜壞掉。老闆説了一句“你就住兩天”那我衹能理解就是你就住兩天有啥關係就將就着住吧。把我氣樂了。衞生情況不能説差但實在也算不上好，很多地方有薄灰不知道是房間有一段時間沒人住了還是打掃的時候疏忽了。本來訂了兩天住了一天就趕緊撤了。酒店是自建房樓間距進再加上旁邊有餐館會比較吵鬧一點其實這些都還能接受畢竟花啥價錢住啥樣的店自己心裏要清楚，陵水的房價普遍偏高一些，同樣的價格在其他地方的居住條件不能比。但我上面説的這些希望老闆還想掛網上賣的話還是重視一下要不直接月租得了。全國各地的店也住了不少這一會的居住體驗真心不好
