一直説要給老闆兒好評的，回來忙忘了才想起來。我是提前在攜程定了這家名宿，老闆兒説提供全套餐具和廚具，就對入住煮飯做了準備，提前一天京東和**買好財米油鹽和生鮮請老闆兒幫我收了放到房間，當晚凌晨一點過入住，第二天就煮上了早飯，後面每天的三餐都是自己煮的，可以去英州農貿市場買很多好吃的海鮮，巨便宜。名宿的設施也挺好的，娃兒每天最期待的就是浴缸放滿水玩兒，皮膚都泡起褶子了才起來。電視也能看，就是需要花幾十塊錢，娃兒的精神娛樂也有了。整體感覺挺好，距離海邊算是非常近的了，走路三四分鐘就能到，細細的銀沙，遛娃的不二選擇。

定好的三居室，看好的圖片顯示孤行大陽台，
到了以後見了房東才告知三居室空調壞了！！！換成兩居和一居各一間，這兩間離得很遠。好不容易推着輪椅把老爺子推到這裏，實在沒法説退房了，衹能無奈接受。
全家三代人被割裂在兩個房間裏，非常不方便。也沒法照顧好輪椅長者。
屋裡廚房枱麪炸裂，設備陳舊，馬桶臟的不忍直視，請看圖説話！！

寫着2023年開業，結果到了失望透頂，帶小孩子來陵水玩，定了離清水灣近點的房間，到了後打電話，直接喊名字，特別沒有禮貌，讓我們問保安怎麼走，到了再打電話，到了後等了有5.6分鐘才來，沒有任何客氣的話語，直接一句跟我走，她是平衡車一溜煙走了，我們拉着行李，一眼沒看到他人不見了，還得先去9樓辦理入住，弄好了又得走很多路單房間，打開房門後真的是失望至極，廚房臟的很，那個冰箱發黴，打開一股味道，沒法使用，客廳的沙發很臟，卡門全壞，主卧房間門壞的打不開，衞生間就更加奇葩，那個拉門把手斷開的，浴缸的塞子壞的，完全放不了水，廁所的水池全是壞的，一個水塞，塞住，放不了，另一個，排水超級慢，浴室很臟，廁所一股怪味，牙膏的質量還不如板刷，走廊的浴室塞子都沒有，就不用想泡澡了.房間的床墊真的是一翻身就直響，枕頭是半截的，真的完全睡不了，次卧更加睡不了，外面的熱水器一下響一下響的，真的住這裏不是來度假，是度命，第一晚，次卧空調沒反應，打了電話説電壓不夠，讓我們等等，第二晚，玩回來沒有熱水，真的是無語，第三天直接打電話退房了，在這裏住了2玩，連續早上8點開始旁邊搞裝修，完全沒有睡好，第一次評價，入住很遭心，要入住這個的，大家看清楚在入住，我是實拍圖，真實感受#衞生很愛b#服務很差#房間設施很舊，很多破，無法入住#早餐#房間景觀不好#床很差，翻身就會響，無法誰#性價比很差很差

房間位置很不錯，下樓一百多米就直接到沙灘了，出門吃東西也很方便，餐廳很多超市也都有，馬路對面還有小吃美食街，非常好

御築.安居海景度假酒店坐落於陵水黎族自治縣美麗的清水灣旅遊度假區內，位於北緯18度唯美的被譽為“會唱歌的沙灘”之清水灣海岸網上。椰林、大海、沙灘構成的濃郁海島風情，給遊客帶來世外桃源般的度假享受。酒店有10間客房，分別在清水灣大道瀚海銀灘SA1-SA5樓中，前台在SA5-905號。接待人員文雅大方，待客友好，服務周到，辦理入住快捷有效。本人辦好入住，拿到房卡後，還帶着走到電梯處，指點具體如何到房間的路徑。入住期間遇見問題，總是不厭其煩的給予解答釋疑乃至換房，必須給五星好評。客房奢華裝修，户户海景，躺在床上就可以看海。配套設施齊全，星級標準。廚房用具，洗浴用品一應俱全。特別值得一提的是大浴缸，熱水很快，水壓很高，泡澡簡直是美呆了。瀚海銀灘配備室外泳池、小童樂園，陽台露台景色優美；距離湛藍大海400米左右，燈塔附近的淺水區很適合遊客踩水。周邊茂密大樹，空氣清新，負氧離子高，有益身心健康。瀚海銀灘外就是商業區，超市、美食街，各類餐廳，多種特色小吃，能夠滿足客人的購物和餐飲需求。公交車站距離瀚海銀灘200米左右，有三亞城際公交2號線，陵水城際1號線，清水灣至三亞汽車總站公交，陵水公交23路和69路等公共交通，還有出租車等，非常方便出行。附近不遠處有兩個18洞國際標準高爾夫球場和有號稱亞洲前列的遊艇碼頭，純美海岸線長達12公里。周邊景點有椰田古寨、南灣猴島、南田温泉、蜈支洲島、分界洲島、吊羅山國家公園等。
退房超級簡便，將房卡放在電視櫃桌面上即可。總結一句話：地理環境位置優越， 配套設施齊全，環境幽雅，值得推薦。

設備還比較多，洗衣機可用。但冰箱和微波爐都是壞的，屋裡衞生一般，浴缸有臟水痕跡。不過出門在外，這些還好。
不滿意保潔阿姨，12點尚未離開就要打掃衞生。告訴她14點退房，她還在那兒抱怨，抱怨找老闆去，我訂的這個點，憑什麼早退房？

房間衞生情況差，發黴味道太重根本沒法睡，衞生間沒有門剛好對着床，又潮濕味道又大，最重要的是服務態度超級差！本來定的就是2點退房，11點多打掃衞生的阿姨自己輸入密碼直接進來趕人，太嚇人了，還説我們不退房她沒法打掃衞生，語氣很兇，態度惡劣，最後摔門離開，住了那麼對地方從來沒有遇到過這種情況，震驚了，一顆星都不想給的。

第一次來清水灣入住，這家民宿離海邊超級近，走路5分鐘，自由燈塔就在旁邊，拍照落日超級美；海景效果無敵好，藍藍的，比三亞水清澈，而且性價比很高，小區停車位充足，吃喝還有小吃街，周圍設施齊全，客房乾淨衞生，民宿比照片還要好一些，房東是一個大姐超熱情、有愛心，對客人有問必答，房間設施齊全。民宿的房間温暖舒適，窗外風景宜人，床品和被罩乾淨，房間安靜，沒有異味，隔音效果好，房間設施也非常齊全，衞生做得好、性價比高！
