別墅位置非常好離清水灣開車衹要五分鐘自駕去猴島以及分界洲島也是不到一個小時的路程別墅區旁邊也有商圈吃飯或是點外賣都很方便客房非常乾淨看起來每天都會有保潔來打掃的樣子室內裝修很好看可惜沒有人拍了照問了半天衹找到了麻將桌和吃飯的照片就用清水灣拍到的風景圖湊數了每一間客房都配有衞生間極大地方便解決團建的洗澡問題老闆人很好有東西落下了也會貼心地打電話提醒入住時會詳細地介紹別墅的室內佈局空調位置等是下次來團建依然會選擇的絕佳落腳點

老闆人很好噢房子很乾凈很大朋友們一起來玩的很開心，朋友們超級喜歡麻將房！還可以自己做飯燒烤，距離附近的景點也挺近的租個小電動車可以到處逛，下次來陵水還訂這！！

小區環境綠化非常好，晚上睡覺很舒服很安靜。房間很新！而且非常乾淨整潔，廚房廚具也很乾凈，傢俱用的木質的品質挺好，總體來説性價比很高的。最棒的增值服務就是可以租借房東的電瓶車，非常非常好，3個人逛海灘，逛小路，小街巷去哪裡很方便很舒服！推薦啦

客觀評價：差：1、12點前還未退房，11:27就有人來開門，兩位長者站在門口催着我們退房（客服説11:30就要打掃，平台上未標明，也未提前告知）2、早上7:00過突然沒電沒電費了，還得等到8:00業務上班才能充電費3、民宿，不提供水讓我們自己買（説是這一片民宿都這樣，如果都這樣當我沒説）4、住宿環境相當於是別人家，500多個人覺得非常不適，大家可以多看看別家唯一好説的就是確實離海邊近，走路8分鐘就能到，沙很細。以上僅代表個人觀點，別槓槓就是你對

來陵水已經三次了，人多都是定別墅。這家第一次住但是非常滿意，房間整體很新，房東阿姨人非常好，需要的東西都是有求必應，下午去新村碼頭買的海鮮回來自己做，阿姨第二天還幫着收拾了一下。臨走的時候看到了房東叔叔，人很客氣跟我們説陵水哪裡好玩，我們有5個小孩，叔叔給孩子們都給了小零食。非常愉快的入住體驗～ 下來次還定～

房間非常乾淨衞生，自己做飯工具也非常齊全，睡覺安靜，洗潔精和洗衣液都有，停車在小區裏非常方便，去海邊也近，走路10分鐘就到了，下次來還住這裏。

這次帶家人到陵水遊玩，除了陵水細膩的沙灘、美麗的海景和特色的美食外，最讓我滿意的就是入住這家民宿了！民宿位於清水灣大道旁的雅居樂山海間別墅區，小區環境優雅，景色宜人，停車方便安全。出小區穿過清水灣大道後步行五分鐘就是延綿十二公里的清水灣海岸線。別墅上下共三層，有四間卧室可入住，每間卧室都帶有獨立衞生間，廚房設施也齊全，非常適合家庭旅居。房間衞生做得很好，乾淨整潔，空調和熱水也都很給力，既有家的温馨又有大酒店一樣的規範。特別要提的是房東非常熱情，有問必答、有求必應，招待我們一家老小就像家人一樣，入住體驗滿分，下次有機會再來陵水，我們一定還會選擇這間民宿入住。
