When I opened the door, there was still a stuffy smell, but the quilt looked glowing white. Looks very clean. And it's not noisy. It's quite quiet around here. The bed is very soft. I thought I would have back pain, but it didn't happen. The mattress is soft but supportive, so it was quite comfortable to sleep on. No photos taken. Oh, and the toilet gasket is loose.

位置很方便，距離高鐵站近，下站後可直接步行到店。
出門就是公交車站很便捷，想去清水灣的可坐23號公交直達。
衞生跟環境都不錯，性價比偏高 ୧⍢⃝୨

我是海南土族，在外工作十幾年每年回去都趕飛機，不管美蘭機場還是鳳凰機場，都住裏機場不遠地方。早上起來打車去機場，不説在海口或者三亞淡季房價基本都要 120-200 之間，打車還需要四五十塊，遇到高峯還會堵車。
這次我選擇離家近的高鐵站陵水站。先説距離，民宿到高鐵站 5 分鐘 步行時間。住宿環境嗎，民宿不像什麼連鎖酒店裝修啥的搞一搞，家怎麼樣就啥樣，乾淨整潔衞生。在説價格，這時候淡季我在某程上訂的，用積分兑換 63 元的超級大床房，旺季老闆説也是 200-300 區間。房間設施啥都有，就是面積 10 平方左右，民宿嗎也就這回事。這價格條件在和高鐵出行對比，性價比很高。去美蘭一小時十五分，去鳳凰 20 分鐘。房價和打車費這樣算起來非常划算，也不擔心路上堵車的事情。
老闆應該是北方人，是叔叔和阿姨，非常熱情。 這次回去是返程住酒店和高鐵費最省的一共 145。建議老闆把行程攻略做成圖讓廣發網友知道，周邊路程景點啥的也一併介紹。

環境：好。離火車站、汽車客運站、公交車站非常近，旅遊上街都非常方便。
衞生：很乾凈。被子床單白白的，軟軟的，睡的很舒服。
設施：齊全，方便適用，熱水很好，空調功能強。

房間乾淨，東西一應俱全，老闆娘很熱情，床很軟睡着舒服，還可以寄存行李。有一點建議，就是在洗手池排水管那裝一個防返臭止逆閥
