I find that I have to pay breakfast in addition for the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a cheaper price at my departure . I find it good that you can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes the passengers cannot arrive at time because of road traffic or accident or even for a personal reason . The staff was very friendly and available, the room was quite spacious and the bed was very good at all, the bathroom was very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Properté rien à répéter just peut être ajouter un parfum d'atmosphère car cela sentait le fermé à notre arrivée !

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel and property, and the staff are excellent! A couple of constructive (negative) comments are as follows: there are no screens on the windows, so the bugs flew inside our room. We noticed this is a traditional in France, but this is a Hotel. As for the TV, there was only one (1) English-speaking station (BBC), which had poor reception. For a 5-star Hotel, there should have been more TV available. Lastly, the maid or cleaning staff did not clean the tube during our stay, which was numerous nights.

We were looking for a hotel for one night in Strasbourg but everything was complete. Then I fell into this hotel on Booking. I searched the telephone number on the internet and called. I fell on a charming person who gave me all the information I needed, and I booked a room. The hotel was located in the heart of the city centre and the city centre was located in the heart of the city centre. We were told that 5 or 6 km away there was a tram to go to the city centre at a record price of €420 for 2 people to go back and parking included. The hotel is very quiet, large room, super breakfast and very varied and excellent quality price ratio. We will return to it without any concern.

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel and property, and the staff are excellent! A couple of constructive (negative) comments are as follows: there are no screens on the windows, so the bugs flew inside our room. We noticed this is a traditional in France, but this is a Hotel. As for the TV, there was only one (1) English-speaking station (BBC), which had poor reception. For a 5-star Hotel, there should have been more TV available. Lastly, the maid or cleaning staff did not clean the tube during our stay, which was numerous nights.

I find that I have to pay breakfast in addition for the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a cheaper price at my departure . I find it good that you can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes the passengers cannot arrive at time because of road traffic or accident or even for a personal reason . The staff was very friendly and available, the room was quite spacious and the bed was very good at all, the bathroom was very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Accueil vraiment bien , la chambre était propre , on peut juste regretter de ne pas avoir une prise de chaque côté des chevets , ce qui est un peu dommage . Système de chasse d'eau bizarre , on a pas compris. Niveau isolation pas au top , porte qui claque , lit qui bouge , et chasse d'eau seront les bruits que vous entendrez depuis votre chambre ... Sinon on a bien dormi , une mention spéciale au jeune veilleur de nuit qui nous a fait le check out , très charmant et souriant , un vrai plus . Pour manger on vous recommande de traverser la route afin de vous rendre à la diligence personnel sympa .... Pour le taxi ne prenez pas via l'hôtel a notre arrivée on nous annonce 40€ si on veut un taxi , de nous même ce fut 28€60 ! Direction l'aéroport .
