The room was very nice but the were no recepticals beside the bed that were not in use. My wife made it work but she has a c pap device that needs plugged in.

This experience was Horrible the staff are rude especially the front desk lady I have seen her get into a lot of arguments with different guest. They treated us poorly…I do not recommend anyone come here I’m convinced new management does not know how to mange a hotel rooms are dirty sheet were not change… up coming pictures coming up.. they do not have enough staff elevator is not inspected I will get a hold of Corporate and report all of the issues.

Wonderful hotel, right off Route 81. The hot tub and pool were great, the breakfast had waffles, sausage, pancakes, yogurt and more. We went to the Great American Outdoor Show, and many people at the hotel went there also. The hotel also had a restaurant, and there were many restaurants nearby.

I paid extra to have a room with a hot tub and king bed, and my hot tub was broken. I called to have it fixed, which I was told they would take care of, but they never did it. Pretty dissatisfied.

Staff was extremely rude they have no vending machines that sell food so if you are hungry you have to leave the property and during breakfast you have to eat in the breakfast area which is ridiculous then they have people guarding the door if you want to leave with the food I’m an adult that payed why can’t I eat in my room ?

Nice hotel, clean, friendly workers. Could use some updating, but nothing that affected our experience. No signs of pests or bugs. Quiet, close to some restaurants and stores. Bed was comfortable, toiletries were provided without asking. Very reasonable price.

It wasn’t bad it’s just the one lady who worked there (idk her name) had an attitude the whole time there. Not only that but everywhere my boyfriend and I went, she would ask our room number. Also on every single towel we had there, there was hair. Not mine nor my boyfriends hair since it was a different color and texture and the front desk lady didn’t even care🙄 pool was great though and bed was comfy.
