最差的一次體驗，房間簡陋就不説了，床單被罩枕套都不換，帶着不知道誰的毛髮，甚至枕頭上的還是捲曲的，打電話讓前台換一套，來個女人還得我幫她一起換，嘴裏碎碎念念的，什麼（我不是幹這個的），（直接套上就行的），巴拉巴拉的，好在態度還不錯，後來給我換的是全新的四件套，下邊附圖，看看什麼樣子

酒店挺寬敞大氣的，店長看我們帶着孩子，給我們免費升艙為三人間房型，很人性化。早餐也很不錯！位置很方便，離布達拉宮非常近，一步到位，省心！下次再來錦州還住這個酒店！

應該是比較老的酒店了，勝在地理位置優越，距離九華山太近了。當地很多人會去這家酒店的温泉親子樂園，所以前台總是感覺很忙的樣子，這點需要提高一下。

酒店位置距離遼西九華山景區非常近，自駕停車也很方便。酒店的的規模非常大，設施雖然有些陳舊但是衞生非常乾淨，晚上也很安靜，床上用品質量好，睡的很舒服。説的晚12點後中央空調衹送風無法制冷，但是我沒有感覺到。早餐非常豐盛，二百左右的房價絕對物有所值。

一進入灑店大堂很氣派，酒店的房間乾淨整潔，床鋪也很舒適，讓人感覺很放鬆。酒店人員的服務態度非常好，熱情周到，讓我感到很受歡迎。早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯。酒店的位置也很好，交通便利，離小布達拉宮特別近，夜景很不錯，強烈推薦！

房間寬敞大氣，性價比超高，被褥乾淨舒適，空調給力，熱水暢洗，我因為洗了五件衣服，衣服撐子不夠，打電話給服務枱，服務枱響應迅速很快送到房間。早餐是自助餐，東北特色餐飲很好吃。停車很方便，離小布達拉宮步行8分鐘左右。

沒住過這麼差的酒店，設施陳舊，屋裡全是潮氣，地毯深色都是濕的，一晚上被子沒蓋，客房服務説都這樣沒有乾的被子，她們睡覺都不拖衣服，因為帶長者來的到的晚，所以沒辦法換酒店，體驗感0.5都沒有無語😑

來到酒店給我的第一個感受就是金碧輝煌，酒店大堂非常大，看起來很氣派，進到房間裏感覺很明亮，窗户很大，站在窗前有一種一覽眾山小的感覺，九華山景區離酒店也是非常近，出了酒店大門走路幾分鐘就到達了小布達拉宮廣場，外地遊客非常多。
早晨的早餐種類繁多，各種粥，小鹹菜，還有各種炒菜，燉菜！
酒店的停車場很大，保安有序指揮停放車輛。
強烈的推薦大家，來九華山景區遊玩選擇這個温泉酒店！
