房間很寬敞明亮小區環境幽雅，保安非常負責，自駕停車必須在小區外馬路停車場，衹有一個卧室有空調，另一個房間和客廳比較悶熱！周邊配套比較齊全，小區對面就是錦州九華山景區，非常便利！

家庭房兩室兩廳，地方非常寬敞也非常乾淨，餐廳還放個單人床，一個屋是大床，一個屋是榻榻米，冰箱、電視、空桶，一應俱全。非常滿意性價比挺高。

衹有親子家庭房型在攜程顯示的定位上，其他房型在北邊的一個平房院裏。周圍就是村，但是開車1分鐘就是城鎮了。院裏停車方便，對自駕友好。房間很新，乾淨衞生，晚上特別安靜。我們一開始定的兩間房不在一個院子裏，老闆主動聯繫給調換到一個院裏，並給了定位。整個入住到退房全自助，老闆把定位、房間號發過來，房門打開，房卡放在屋裡。我們到了直接進房間就行了。走的時候將房卡放回原位，直接走就行了。方便快捷，主打的就是一個信任。

評價小作文：首先房間衞生真的透亮兒，一塵不染，真真的，我媽愛乾淨，都點贊👍。配置基本都有，沒啥大缺項，物超所值。而且小老闆雖然是無接觸服務，但網上是有問必答，第一時間回覆。無論是從前期詢問：為何位置與網上有偏差，到後面的早市去哪等等，都解釋的非常細緻，停車都給定位了👍。夏天從工作地一路向北，第一站就是凌海市，通過與當地加油小哥、燒烤店老闆、早市攤販的互動，我覺得從體感上來説，凌海的風土人情不錯👍。當然，難有完美的人生，也可能沒有完美的旅程，不可能每個人都對你那麼懷有善意，你休息時，可能被打擾到，也可能因為路不熟，被人鳴笛催促，繼續帶着家人去往理想的目的地就好，甚至吵一架也無妨。不要被一些瑣事毀了美好的一天，要讓一些確幸的人和事成為點亮自己的太陽☀️

這次住宿體驗很好，老闆很熱情，如果去錦州遊玩，可以在這裏住，性價比挺高的，可以一家5口一起，很寬敞，推薦！還可以早市買點海鮮在這裏煮，李子和幹豆腐也不錯，就是忘記拍照啦
