The hotel corridors are not very light-opened, the 811 air conditioner is bad, the 812 bathroom floor drain is bad, the hot water below the 8th floor is not hot, and the hot water in the whole hotel is supplied on-point. A thin (16th night shift) service staff at the front desk has poor business level and service attitude. The character is not suitable for the front desk staff. It is recommended that the leader give consideration. The rest of the staff are amiable.
