A lovely, welcoming and clean hotel. Excellent food - really top quality. Lovely beer too! Such friendly staff! Very fast check in and out. Adequate parking next to the hotel. free wifi. We will definitely be back!

This is a typical family run hotel with friendly staff and renovated rooms. We even had a small fridge in the rooms with a bottle of water, courtesy of the hotel, which was very welcome during a night where the temperature did not drop below 20°C. The restaurant offers a nice choice and they have a large terrace behind the building which offers complete privacy.

Netter Empfang, kostenlose Parkplätze an Hotel , Fahrradkeller , leckeres Frühstück mit echten Bäcker Brötchen und zentraler Lage kein 500m von Dortmund Ems Kanal entfernt. Das Hotel besteht aus dem ursprünglichen Haupthaus und einem modernen Anbau. Mein Zimmerist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mit wenigen Mitteln aufgefrischt werden. Für mich ist es unverständlich warum der Zustand nicht bekannt ist, man sich für die Hinweise bedankt und sich jetzt drum kümmern wird . Dass die Wände schwarze Kanten , „Schmutzfahnen“ über der Heizung haben und die Heizung im Bad rostet, ist doch nicht seit gestern so. Offensichtlich hat man hier in den letzten Jahren auf Renovierungen verzichtet und das Zimmer nicht in Augenschein genommen. Wie andere Zimmer im Stammhaus aussehen und wie die im Neubau sind kann ich nicht beurteilen. Wünschen würde ich mir, dass der Aufwand der für die Außenanlagen betrieben wird, auch in den Zimmern betrieben wird.
