Authentic Chinese Hospitality Experience! -Location was superb, opposite Guilin North Station (桂林北站). There are many restaurants and souvenir shops next to the hotel and railway station. -Room was clean and had Chinese traditional decor and furnishings which was our main reason to stay here. -The two young front reception staff were outstanding, very warm, polite and hospitable. The best of all of our hotel stays in China. - The welcome drink has unique local flavours. - The breakfast has ample local dishes and overlooking The Railway North Station with the beautiful hills of Guilin as backdrop. - The corridor has a collection of porcelains but the lighting was not bright enough for us to appreciate them. Must walk below the light sensor to have brighter lights to be switched on automatically. - Only disappointment was the tobacco smell at the public area as guests were allowed smoking at the reception sofa area.

The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views from the window. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The 13th-floor rooftop provides a 270-degree panoramic view of Guilin city, where you can watch the sunrise on the left and the sunset on the right. Parking was convenient for self-drivers. What truly stood out was the genuine, warm, and attentive service. Since we were traveling with seniors, they thoughtfully arranged for their room to be directly opposite ours, which made it so much easier to look after them. It was really touching.

The environment is great, the boss is also very nice, he patiently explained the travel guide to me, the front desk service is also great, the hotel is very clean, the front desk also upgraded me for free, the room is very comfortable overall, highly recommended

Great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. When I needed help to get to a scenic place they helped me get in contact with people and also looked up bus timings for me. Everytime you walk in they greet you. The cleaner came everyday to provide new towel and bottles water and clean the place a little and even wrote a note to say they are very happy to provide this service. Would go back and stay /10. The place is directly opposite the station, super convenient to get to.

The newly opened hotel has a very good environment. The rooms are clean and tidy. The whole house is smart and very convenient. The bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry, and there are many kinds of toiletries. They are very considerate. The service of the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk is also very warm and thoughtful. They also took the initiative to introduce Guilin's tourist attractions to us. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very satisfactorily. The hotel is very close to Guilin High-speed Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. You can store your luggage for free, and the front desk lady and brother are also very nice. Bit old hotel but well mantained and clean, the cleaning staff has the right attitude probably. I will come back.
