Deri Hotel

The style is the same as that of a hotel more than ten years ago. Not worth the price. It's the same as the hotel where you stay at the station for 451 nights. The room in the picture is completely different from what you see in reality.

I was really speechless. I booked a 1.5-meter double bed room, and the store gave me a 1.2-meter double bed room. I asked the store at the time, and the store said they didn’t have 1.5-meter double-bed rooms and all had 1.2-meter beds. They said they couldn't stay and they gave us a refund. However, it was raining heavily and it was already very late and it was difficult to find another room, so we stayed. It turned out that the sheets had never been changed. Later, when I appealed for a refund of the price difference, the store kept asking for various explanations. I was really speechless =_=, but the customer service was very good and patiently answered the questions...

Satisfactory service, not so satisfied with others

臟亂差，就是他們的一個倉庫房讓我住，裏面還放有布草，國慶這吃相也太難看了，衞生間是在外面的，訊息不符合，品質服務，不管是不是假期都不應該是這樣，啥都沒有，問一句答一句

説實話，五一假期一百七十多塊錢這個價位住這樣的房間真的是很值得的了，賓館在這個宵夜街上，晚上下樓就可以吃東西，非常方便，離桂林市區也很近，坐公交車就可以到了，關鍵一點，被子很乾凈，老闆娘人也挺不錯的，在不考慮豪華與否的情況下可以一住

賓館環境很好，免費空調，免費上網，熱水充足，還有電視看，店家服務熱情，還幫搬行李，樓下還能買飲料喝，飲料價格便宜，真不錯，超愛~
