酒店服務員對辦理港澳台身份證入住非常不熟悉，辦理了一個鐘都未得，之前去其他連鎖店都很快就可以辦理入住，剛去到酒店，電梯還壞了，原本見禁止吸煙才訂的，結果去到房間，一陣煙味。非常差的體驗。不會再訂。

體驗很差，衞生好差，剛入住第一天，那個馬桶堵了，等通馬桶的等了好久，換了一個房間，變小了好多，説可以換，但是沒換了，衞生不行，衞生間還有人家用過的牙刷牙膏，一直放在那裡，也不收拾，馬桶一直漏水，那個馬桶按了一次水以後，在按一次水的話，需要等好久至少五分鐘，一次性的牙刷拆開包裝居然是臟的，又遇到停電了，停電一天的電吧。

在桂林住得最糟心的酒店！房間不是遺留毛髮就是食物殘渣。 換了三次房間才搞定， 等了40分鐘才打掃出新的房間 ，結果房間比之前的小了一半 ，還説是同樣的房型， 把別人當**嗎？Wi-Fi又用不了， 説叫人過來修了，半個多小時沒答覆， 又讓換房間， 上樓下樓換房卡，來來回回折騰幾個小時真的很累， 最後換給我的房間也是一般般， 房間水壺還有綠色水垢， 大家看圖吧，從頭到尾連句道歉都沒聽見過
