Everything was excellent except when the hotel is 90% occupied the hot water tub couldn't keep up with the demand and hence for a few days I had to wait till after 1-2am for a hot shower. Feedback this to the owner but seems like he wouldn't invest more into his hot water infrastructure for better improvement.

I couldn't find where to file the complaint. This is my order on 1.17, overall it is ok. 2.1 I booked again. When I checked in, they said that the hot water might be a little later during the Chinese New Year, and they understood. But there was still no hot water until 12 o'clock in the evening. There was hot water at around one o'clock, but it wasn't very hot. Not long after I washed my hair, the water suddenly turned cold just as it wetted my hair. I called the front desk twice, but no one answered. There was no customer service staff at the front desk. When I called the third time, someone answered. I asked about the hot water problem, and the front desk said that other guests might have used water, pushing the problem onto the guests. For such a big Hanting Hotel, does it have to be used in batches, at different times, and in different sections for normal operation? The check-in service says 24-hour hot water. Is this the level of Hanting? They do not attach importance to the rights and interests of consumers, fail to truthfully inform consumers of the true situation, and conceal consumers' right to know.
