房間衞生整潔，佈置得温馨舒適，客房服務員服務熱情周到，本來住宿體驗挺好，打算五星好評的，可惜早餐用餐體驗不好，品種少，8點40去用餐，很多品種已沒有補充，湯粉湯麪和麪包、雞蛋均需要自助製作，餐廳沒有具體提示標識且服務員沒有主動告知，在詢問時才解釋且服務態度一般，這方面需要改進。

優點：酒店房間寬敞，衞生也比較乾淨，廁所，淋雨，洗手盆，三個都是分開的，
缺點，沒有配備洗手液，毛巾放在淋浴間，洗完手，要去淋浴間找毛巾擦手。
服務：客房服務員態度好，我看有的評論説多要礦泉水，收費了，就自己出去買了兩大瓶礦泉水，客户服務員看我水不夠，多給了我4瓶水，也沒收費。前台服務態度也很好！酒店沒有商務室，需要打印文件，前台服務員很友好用前台的打印機給大印了。但是，第三次去打印就不太高興了，説我老打印，正常應該收費的。
早餐：一般吧，沒有什麼亮點，衹有一份熱菜。第二天（清明），一份熱菜也沒有，説廚師有事沒來，服務很熱心，現場給做了一小份簡單的熱菜！
總體還不錯吧！
