酒店位於臨高縣中心地段，交通很方便，在這個縣城這個價位能找到這樣的酒店性價比特別高，前台服務人員很有耐心，服務態度特別棒。還要一點就是這家酒店的停車場特別大，能停下40左右輛車完全不用擔心有沒有地方停車，酒店有後門能直接到停車場很方便。投影儀也有VIP不要太棒了這個真的特別特別值得推薦

設施：酒店是全新裝修都是新的傢俱，包括被子
衞生：衞生方面打掃的很乾凈，細節處理的很到位
環境：酒店環境很好，靠近江邊，附近還有景區文廟
服務：前台的服務態度很好，有求必應，還有打掃衞生的保潔阿姨也很和藹親切
住了一個星期每天都有打掃衞生值得推薦，服務員會主動打招呼，非常貼心，為服務好評

非常棒的入住體驗，性價比超高。酒店房間很是寬大，智能設計，時尚便捷，尤其是小度管家讓入住體驗更加舒適。酒店的卧具非常新，舒適乾淨度堪比星級酒店。衞生間也很寬敞，洗澡水穩定性很好，水流很沖。酒店還給房間配備有礦泉水和洗漱用具。
酒店位置極佳，從臨高南站出來就有10路公交車1號橋下車，車費2元，過紅綠燈直行幾百米即可到地泰智慧酒店。酒店周邊有多路公交車可直達各個景點。
酒店地處老城區，周邊餐廳很多，聽從前台值班的小呂推薦步行到臨高縣中鎮街吃小海鮮，兩人吃了三種海螺，花費四十幾元，還在附近的小巷內花費了17元，吃了美味的臨高米粉和豬血腸。
酒店服務很是到位。尤其是前台值班的小呂，給我們的出行提供了很好的建議，還很是耐心的幫我們查找地圖，做好標記並截屏給我們，為我們後續的儋州海花島出行節約了時間和開支。
作為自助遊出遊二十多年的旅遊達人來説，我對此次的酒店提供的服務很是滿意。
