從前台辦理入住到退房 ，給11月29日上班的經理點贊，服務態度特別好，幫忙打印出來准考證，想要手提袋快速提供，也介紹了周邊吃飯的地方，服務一流。房間設施齊全空間很大，還有空氣凈化器，小度智能音箱 ，入住體驗感覺很舒服，非常滿意。地理位置不錯，離臨汾西站近。

設施：設施很好，房間剛進門，還放有行李凳。對於拿行李的出差客人特別的方便。每個房間還有小冰箱，如果有需要冷藏的東西，可以直接放到房間裏面。還有空氣凈化器和體重秤都特別友好。
衞生：衞生很乾凈從進門到窗户周邊都是乾乾淨淨一塵不染。馬桶還是制熱馬桶非常舒適。對於冬天入住的客人來説很友好，而且長者如果入住的話也非常的安全。
環境：環境優美，一塵不染，設計風格獨特，很有活力，年輕化，酒店的洗衣房還有洗衣機和烘乾機，特別的先進。
服務：酒店的服務非常的熱情，很有特色。從進門開始問好像我奉茶到辦理入住會關心詢問我一直到給我送電梯口，還用機器人給我送一份果盤退房的時候還給我提供了温熱的礦泉水，還有小零食，讓我在旅途中得到了很多的温暖。

剛到酒店🏨就感受到前台的熱情接待，免費升級房間，我們一家子四口人，本來哥哥是需要買早餐的，也給我們多贈送了一份早餐！剛進入房間，就馬上送來了小零食，整個房間乾淨整潔，最舒服的做的乾濕分離很贊，同時整個房間裏香香的味道，尤其是床單被套沒有任何消毒水的味道，一般酒店🏨這個味很重！第二天早餐自助餐很豐盛，退房時還美人有一份伴手禮！很贊👍的酒店🏨，特別值得推薦，完全被尊重禮待的感覺很好！
