臨汾天鵝大酒店位置很好，性價比高，周邊吃飯逛街方便。房間較大，但床略小，設施稍微有些老，仍有提升空間。

房間的燈壞了一大半，黑乎乎的一點也不亮，水裡都是泥沙，非常黃非常臟，放半個小時也衹有温水，床墊子下面還有上個客人留下的垃圾，大過年的半夜換房間花了一個小時，期間還陰陽我，説衹有我説房間的水不行別人都沒説，前台不和女的説話衹和先生對話，工作人員態度奇差無比，一個比一個**，大廳放的鋼琴，前一晚我們看到別人不會彈得在那玩也沒人阻止，第二天早上退房之前也去彈了幾下，工作人員馬上沖過來説這是專業人員彈得，普通人不能動，不能動怎麼不拉個繩子擋住，不能動怎麼別人不會彈得也能去玩？？可能人家接待領導接慣了，像我們這種升斗小民都不樂意搭理，真是犯*定了這個酒店擋了你們接待領導的時間，真是太抱歉了爺爺奶奶們

酒店大堂乾淨明亮 房間設施比較滿意 停車可以在前台掃碼拿券 前台有個姓吳的小姑娘很熱情 跟她説事兒 都會第一時間拿筆記下來 然後幫忙 很滿意

商務出行選這家酒店太明智了！離地鐵站步行三分鐘，去高鐵站和機場都很方便，周邊寫字樓密集，開會超省時。房間隔音效果極好，完全聽不到外界噪音，工作到深夜也不會被打擾。辦公桌椅高度合適，燈光亮度剛好，WiFi網速快且穩定，處理文件特別順暢。健身房24小時開放，器材齊全，忙完工作去跑跑步很解壓，早餐還有現磨咖啡，幫我開啟高效的一天，下次出差還選這兒！

酒店位於萬達廣場附近，吃喝玩樂都方便，房間內設施先進舒適，有超大的圓形浴缸，還有桑拿房，不出房間就能享受桑拿，早餐品種豐富，唯一不足是房間內電源插座太少。

我是開了半天車，從雁門關抵達臨汾休息，抵達時已經接近半夜，選擇了老牌的天鵝大酒店。
我的房間花灑還有頂噴都不出水，所以一家人都沒有洗澡。所以不能給好評了。
來山西五天，所有酒店都是送小童早餐的，天鵝大酒店讓加了一份。這本身沒有什麼，公事公辦也合理。但是作為資深攜程點評人，沒有感受到酒店的額外禮遇，可見酒店確實做到了一視同仁。

房間雖然面積大，但是設施老舊，衞生條件一般，感覺服務員清潔的不太到位，前台服務態度也很差，沒有早餐，也不會贈早餐，感覺態度很蠻橫，和其他同價位酒店比差距很大，以後不會再來
