"The hotel is a little road from the city center. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes drive. The hotel is very beautiful, but the air conditioning is old-fashioned. No one appears in the whole process. The folder that sees your name is very happy. The place where breakfast is used is self-service. Each table has the name of the room, and the name of the room is named after the owner of the previous hotel."

"We are quite surprised and pleased with the complete amenities of our room. We have all toiletries (eg towels, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer) except tooth brush and toothpaste, smart TV, kitchen stuff (kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes and spoons). Another plus is good location with stunning lake view, many parking lots and close to the center. Although the room is quite small but we love the comfort and coziness it brings."

"Very spacious, clean and fully equipped. We love cooking, the cooking equipment and dishwashers are wonderful. Quite and convenient for family stay. Supermarket within working distance and a shopping mall nearby (4 mins drive) which got two big supermarkets and shops. Got Telstra shop inside the shopping mall which helped us settle the phone card problem. Only a reminders for those who drive with big car. Car park is quite small for big car (7 ). Maybe good for skilful drivers, but not for those not good at parking. Help desk team are nice and responsive .  Thank you !"

"Nice spot about a 5 minute drive or cab from the main part of Hobart. Check in desk is seemingly not manned very often but the check in and check out process was very smooth, well check out was just dropping a key into the box! There's a telephone number to contact in the event of serious issues but if it isn't deemed serious by the owner then you may get charged so be careful. If youre looking for a spot close to a few tourist spots then this is great, and only about 20 minutes by a cab from the airport too (Uber works fine)"

"The garden of this hotel is spectacular. Breakfast is cooked to order. It tastes good and is exquisite in appearance. Although I read the reviews and received rave reviews, I have some opinions. It may be that they have different concerns. The overall feeling of the carriage suite I booked was not good. The platform stated that the room type is 108 square meters. I don’t know what the standard is. The overall internal space is very cramped. The two rooms upstairs are also small, with only one bed. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and living room downstairs are very full. There is basically no place to put luggage. The sanitary conditions are average. There is still plastic paper in the washing machine and the seals are not there. It was moldy and the dryer door was full of black hair balls, indicating that the hotel did not clean the washer and dryer after the previous guest left."

"The first house we checked in was newer and bigger. Facilities n everything was working perfectly. But the 2nd house we checked in again couple of days later was older and facilities not as goog as the 1st house. The heaters are not working, missing this and tha(a pot without a lid, tea pot, WiFi is weaker n unstable...... ) Location is further from CBD but a supermarket nearby. But the reception lady is very nice"
