The disadvantage is that it feels like there are some problems with the hotel's management. The facilities are not perfect. The front desk is very small. We almost didn't see it when we checked in. There were a lot of people around and not many people at the front desk. When there are a lot of people, they can't handle it and the efficiency is relatively low. The front desk has worked hard with customers checking in and asking all kinds of questions. Then our room is next to the linen room. Not to mention the customers in the corridor who got up early and shouted that day, the hotel staff in the linen room next door shouted at the door of the linen room, which is outside our room, for the whole morning. I have no objection if you go into the room to work. The sound insulation is not good. I really didn't get enough rest. The service awareness needs to be improved!

第一次差評！房間有蟋蟀🦗，還有一些小爬蟲！我都不説了！浴巾濕的還有黑黑的臟東西，忘拍了就當沒有！最糟糕的是2000一晚的房間居然沒有遮光簾，一晚房間亮堂堂，早上4點多就天亮，更別説咋睡覺了！房間泡池地磚也不防滑，容易摔跤！

除了文案做得好，被騙過去以外，其他都很差。價高質次，名字起的高大上，實際也就是鄉村旅館的水平吧。衞生水平太差，房間裏一股裝修後的氣味，作為賣點的温泉，室內就是由若干泡澡池子組成的，又悶又熱，還有個大媽坐在澡池邊上搓泥，根本不敢下泡池。室外的温泉池也是臟兮兮的，水應該是天然温泉，但衞生做的太差，感覺是一潭死水，後來的人泡的是前面的人泡過的洗澡水，衹好勉強泡了個腳，太埋汰啦！去對面的鶴鳴湖公園，前台本來説的送公園門票，變成了要當著她的麪寫好評才給送，算了算了，不能為幾十塊錢的門票也跟着一起騙後來的客人呀。周邊沒有飯店，衹能去酒店的飯店吃飯，價高味道一般般，和搶錢也差不太多。早飯除了棒茬粥和發糕饅頭是熱的，其他基本都冰涼，店家真是把省錢省到極致了。鶴鳴湖一衹鶴沒見到，吃了一肚子氣，再也不會去了。以此評價警告後人，不要再上當受騙啦。
