每次來林甸都住天星，這次酒店整體重新裝修後環境、衞生及服務都有提升。房間乾淨舒適，酒店配有温泉浴場特別方便，早餐品種豐富，泡完温泉後的酣睡簡直不要太爽

酒店前台接待熱情周到 環境挺好的 客房服務有求必應 雖然裝修舊一點不影響心情 一客一換床上用品 酒店內温泉大人泡池有點小 小童戲水池很大 設施齊全有健身房 汗蒸房 游泳池衹要來林甸必住天星

老牌的酒店，管理卻很差。房間裏缺少很多必備品，入住後需要和前台現要。退房時，服務員連本酒店提供哪些用品都不知道，哪些用品是酒店的都不認識。根本沒有的東西説我們拿走了，我們自己的坐便套説是酒店的，十分搞笑……一次很不好的入住體驗。

温泉水温低，房間水温無法洗澡，房間設施陳舊，不隔音，前台服務態度很差，攜程VIP免按金，住宿卻強行收房卡按金，服務真是不行啊，唯一好的是早餐比較豐富。
