Ordered a King. Confirmation for a King bed. Received two queens. Front desk said Kings were sold out and others extended their stay to retain existing King bedrooms. Dishwasher noise and refrigerator noise ran all night! No bath mat getting out of shower.

I asked for a NOT smoking room and the smell of **** was so bad. Getting into my Hotel always people smoking and blocking the doorway

Hotel staff told us it’s 100% smoke free hotel. But in our room there was smoking smell coming through bathroom and leaking everywhere. I couldn’t sleep whole night.

It was a very good stay no issues. The room was very clean. However, the bed was super small and the towels were very thin. Overall no complaints.

It was supposed to be a non smoking room. Room was reeking with cigarette smoke. Asked for a changed of room which was refused.
You could hear all the surrounding noises from nearby rooms and outside traffic.
CC was supposed to be charge upon checkin and was charged in the morning several hours before checkin.
No cups or coffee maker etc.
Overall bad experience.
