Overall, the house makes a pretty good impression. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the Deutsche Bahn construction work before we arrived, and there was constant noise during the day. The room in the attic is sufficient, but very small. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast and home-style food in the restaurant. For the return journey we asked for some coffee for the thermos, it was supposed to cost €10, and we have never been charged anything for this request. Coffee was significantly cheaper at the bakery a few meters away.

Booked two single rooms. Rooms were completely renovated as new. Toilet/shower as well. Rooms have good air conditioning. Breakfast was very good from the buffet, eggs were prepared as desired. Large parking lot available. Beds very large 140cmx 200cm). You can also eat very well. Lake Constance map included. In 25 minutes you can be directly in Lindau.

Das Essen ist empfehlenswert. Allerdings hatte ich an einem Abend nicht so großes Glück mit dem angebotenem Huftsteak. Es handelte sich um das Tagesgericht des Hauses. Huftsteak mit Grillgemüse und Pommes Frites. Die Beilagen waren schmackhaft, aber das Huftsteak zäh und an der Außenseite sehr, sehr dunkel. Ganz aufgegessen habe ich es nicht. Ich weiß, dass Huftsteaks nicht die Premiumklasse an Steaks bietet, trotzdem: Zu Hause bekomne ich es relativ zart gegrillt. Das Frühstück lässt Wünsche offen. 2 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Wurst. Mit etwas Glück auch mal eine dritte. 2 Sorten Aufbackbrötchen, Brot zum selbst aufschneiden. Ein wenig Obst und Gemüse, fertig. Rührei aus der Tüte. Kochei wird ebenfalls serviert. Das Nachfüllen findet eigentlich nur auf Nachfrage statt. Schade. Das Zimmer ist klein, das Bad noch kleiner. Die Porzellanschüssel allerdings ist mit ihrem Wasserwirbel beim Abziehen top. Alles wird perfekt weggespült. Allerdings gibt es für die Handtücher keine gescheite Aufhängungsmöglichkeit. Die Handtücher haben lediglich als Aufhängungsöse das Markenetikett des Herstellers, damit hängt das Handtuch auf dem Boden. Hier darf gerne Abhilfe geschaffen werden.
