Our room had a broken sofa that was just sitting on the floor both sofas were stained with hair all over them. The bedding was disgusting stained we had to get them replaced and even the new ones were not clean either. The hot tub had maintenance being done on it and the pools filtration system didnt work and they were still allowing people to swim in it. The breakfast wasn't good we had to go eat out.

Bare minimum. One ice machine for entire building. Paid for 2 queen beds only had 2 full size. Someone came in our room when we left at about 2pm and replaced pur towles. We did not ask for this nor were there any do not disturb signs to put out. Staff had a very hard time understanding English.

The beds and furniture were tidy. The bathroom had been “cleaned,” but it was clearly not clean. Soap scum on the bathroom walls and the facet was dirty. The front office attendant was not friendly. We did not eat the breakfast. It was dry cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, etc. none of it was very appetizing. We would not return for another stay. The hot tub was also covered with boards.

There was an odor throughout the hotel including our rooms. When we went to the pool you couldn’t see through the water. It could be a safety hazard as if someone was drowning you wouldn’t be able to tell. The jets in the hot tub were a joke and they left a device plugged in by the water also making it a hazard. When we told the staff about the pool they acted like nothing was wrong with it. Breakfast was good and the man working at the front desk was helpful.

Pool and hot tub were gross with green tint. Wouldn't let the kids get in because of it. Room was semi clean, bathroom was less clean. Toilet didn't work properly. Was supposed to stay there in two weeks again but cancelled. Would not recommend this place.

The grounds around the hotel were unkept and the lobby was dark when we went to check in. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The room was stinky and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. It was noisy outside and inside all night. The pool and hot tub were so hazy you couldn't see the bottom. Over all, the hotel is in bad need of a face lift. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom one night. We will not be staying here on our future trips to Lincoln.

I have NEVER stayed in a hotel as poorly maintained as this hotel! The room smelled very musty, the shower curtain obviously was not changed between guests, and the amenities were previously used. The firness room was filty, the treadmill was crusty from hard water stains, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment after use. To top it off, a cockroach ran across the floor in the meal area! If the room rate is low, you get what you pay for! The Quality Inn franchise needs to do an inspection of this facility!!
