Motel 6 Lincoln, NE

After 20+ hours on the road I decided I needed a rest I called and Ashley answered. She let me know she had rooms and the rate. When I showed up she was working the front desk and was amazing help checking us in and had a nice conversation. As soon as you walk in its clean and even smells clean, the room was also VERY clean. The bed was Supersoft, showers/baths were perfect. Cracker barrel is just a walk across the parking lot and made for a nice dinner/breakfast. Will definitely stay here on future cross country trips! Nice hotel. Safe and Ashley does a great job as receptionist. Rooms are clean and 55-60 inch TV. Nice wood floor like. Bathroom has large vanity mirror. Bath or shower. I have always slept well at this hotel. I stay here frequently. The Lincoln Children's Zoo is not far away. Also, in Omaha, Ne. Henry Doorly Zoo. I have personally been to this Zoo. Very nice to visit. Across from Zoo is Botanical Gardens. Along with a couple of Train engines on the bluffs. (Omaha, Ne- about 35-45 minute drive from this hotel.)

The beds were very comfortable, the room was extremely clean and the room was very quiet. We have stayed in Motel 6 many times over the years and this was, by far, the very best Motel 6 we have stayed in. It was all we would ever require of a motel on the road. I have paid a lot more for a motel or hotel that was not nearly as good a value as this is. I have not mentioned your staff either. Extremely polite, considerate and competent is how I would describe both Kimberly and Ashley. As a former small business owner and entrepreneur, I know how critical it is to have great and effective employees especially when they are the face that the public sees. For a stop along the way on our trip it's a good choice. Ashley at the front desk was courteous and friendly. She also gave us a good recommendation for dinner in town that would accommodate us with our two dogs. Overall, Motel 6 genrally fulfills a need but this one in Lincoln, Nebraska was better than some others we've stayed at. Often, it's people like Ashley who make the difference. Only negative is the walls are thin and so we could hear our neighbour's talking at 4 am

This is the nicest motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in dozens, if not over a hundred. I stay in them when I’m traveling alone because they’re cheap and don’t have a pet fee, but I don’t usually expect much. This was was excellent though and Ashley was super friendly checking me in!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Kimberly at the desk was great! Extra pillows and towels when we asked. Thanked us for our service as veterans. We travelled from out of state and this was the best rate in the area and rooms were clean, smelled good.
