The hotel has been completely remodeled and everything feels brand new. Very clean and friendly and the best value in the area.

Had a wonderful two night stay!! Comfortable clean room, Enjoyed the amenities (breakfast, pool, whirlpool), and four fast food options within a short walking distance. Plus an unexpected bonus...in these days of no sprucing up your room during a stay, a welcome surprise to come back and find my room cleaned and bed refreshed!! Staff was very friendly as well!!

I was traveling for an engagement on Sunday. They have nice rooms, clean, with friendly staff. It is easy to find and located near downtown business district. There were a variety of nice eating opportunities, literally in walking distance.

This is a resort town so I expect prices to be higher. That said, when I pay $200 per night the minimum expectation is for the room to clean. The room had grease on the bedspread, coffee stained night stand, wholes worn in the blanket and the in room refrigerator so loud that I almost unplugged it. The dead bolt and lock to the room did not work. When we were packing to leave we found a dirty sock(not ours) in the bed we just slept in! Disgusting! When we complained to the front desk the worker said he would have the manager call us which never happened. We called back and finally received a call from the someone offering very little in restitution. There are limited places to stay in Eagle River don't make this one of them. This place is an unmaintained dump!

Quick Service, the host was friendly and eager to help, great location close to the heart of the action. Breakfast could be expanded upon. The pool area was the only thing i would say needed attention.

Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast had enough options for us. Shout out to Pam from housekeeping and Shauna at front desk for being so helpful and nice. Greatly appreciated. Up here snowmobiling and had nice trailer parking.
