Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre

On arrival the hotel was having some IT issues so check in was a little slower but the team were very apologetic and sorted things as quickly as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is well located - just a few mins walk into the centre.

Food was really delicious and very enjoyable with clean plates from the children. Excellent value for the meal deals and breakfast also the same Helpful and friendly staff Couldn't ask for a better stay. Any requests were met by the friendly staff.

Enjoyed an overnight stay in a Premier Plus room, in this centrally placed hotel in Lincoln. Very well equipped, fridge, walk in shower, large screen TV, comfortable bed, view of the Cathedral. Paid for car parking in the multi storey car park next door, sadly no discounts through the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't use the restaurant, as there's so many other options close by.

Stated In hotel, parking is to the rear at £7 per 24 hours on weekdays £5 on weekends, room was great very modern we had a Plus room so had a fridge coffee pod machine which was great, overall very satisfied

Fantastic view, comfy beds and fantastic service! We were offered complimentary drinks to celebrate our Anniversary. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much of an ask, the staff at the bar were fast and friendly too. Thank you so much Chris, Bee, Nas for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice two night stay, the staff were nice and Chris was especially welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and we will definitely stay again in the future.

At only £35 for a Thursday night I was delighted with the value for money. Since my last visit the bedrooms and corridors have been full refurbished. You now get a spacious walk-in shower rather than the tricky shower over a bath. However, the water supply to the basin was a bit unpredictable as you could have cold water running only to get a burst of warm water come through. My 3rd floor room at the quiet side of the hotel was spacious with a comfortable armchair and a view up to the cathedral. The restaurant staff were on the ball keeping the dinner service running smoothly, with the chef helping by delivering meals to tables. The bus and rail stations are under a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The Cornhill and general shopping areas are just across the road.

Lacklustre (to put it kindly) welcome Nothing more than just good enough to avoid tired travellers complaining. It's clean, beds are ok but really rather expensive considering everything.
