Awful dining experience, took 40minutes to bring one main course in a restaurant not a 1/3 full. When asked why, I got nothing back apart from its not my fault I'm not in the kitchen! Other people where also waiting so wasn't just me. They had also run out of basic items on the menu including peas???? but proceeded to take orders and then come back saying 'we haven't got that' This isn't the first time I've had poor evening mean service at this hotel, plus, the restaurant is cold, which doesn't help the experience. The food itself when it arrive was of a standard expected at Premier Inn, but the added gravy looked like it had come out of the dishwasher...
