In general, it is a decent place with an OK breakfast. The regular rooms are a little cramped with an odd replacement for a closet.
Our problem was with checking in, and the type of room we were initially given. Our reservation through ******* was for "2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Bathtub", but the initial room was hearing accessible (not very useful when you have someone in a wheelchair). It took 2 more room changes to finally get us in the correct type of room while we had to keep listening to the desk clerk blame the problem on *******. I talked to the manager the next morning about this, and he offered to refund the first night (while still blaming *******). I had to do this through *******, and when I messaged *******, the rep couldn't get the hotel manager on the phone and verify the compensation. The only option ended up being $30 in ******* bucks.
