Pemi Cabins

I stayed at Pemi Cabins while on a work trip. I chose a cozy cabin instead of a hotel. I am so glad I made that decision. Cindy was so helpful in making my reservation over the phone. I'm not sure why I couldn't book on line but there was some sort of problem. Anyway, when I arrived Cindy was there and was so friendly and helpful. I settled into my cabin and I was immediately relaxed. The cabin was so cozy and the sound of the river was amazing. I stayed in Fox Hollow and it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed and a gas fireplace. The location is perfect. Close to everything Lincoln has to offer. I look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic little cabins tucked by the river. Very pet friendly. Close to great views and hiking. Will definitely go back when we have more time. Roomy yet cozy. Enjoyed our stay very much. Priced very well for the area and the amenities. Clean.

The cabin we stayed in (#14) was cozy and just right for my two friends and myself. The staff was so accommodating because I had to rebook my stay. This is my 4th stay and it will be a favorite to go in the future! We had gone to the Ice Castles which was about a 10 minute drive.

Our experience at Pemi Cabins was exceptional. Check in was easy and parking was abundant. The cabins were super cozy, comfortable, and contemporary while still having a rustic and nature forward feel. We especially enjoyed listening to the river right outside our windows.

I’ll start by saying we have stayed at this property many times and have mostly loved it and had enjoyable stays. Yesterday we checked into cabin #2. When it was time to shower around 6pm, we found the shower EXTREMELY difficult to turn but was able to do so. When trying to lower the temp because it was scolding hot we unable to move it all at this point. We then reached out to the phone number provided on the front door or the office. The response was “oh I’m sorry but everyone has left for the day. It is after hours so we should be able to get some where there tomorrow “. Ok, so they were willing to let the scolding hot shower for the entire night. I was not ok will this and not willing to stay at this property for the night/weekend. After going back and forth with them, sending them pictures and videos. About an hour and a half later it sounds like the found an “emergency plumber” to come to the property. But at that point we had already repacked the car and our family was looking for a new place to stay. What we are unhappy about is the way this was handled and lack of concern for their guests and property. Such a careless attitude speaking with them on the phone. We are still waiting to hear back from them for reimbursement….

Pemi Cabins, in my opinion, really is the BEST place to stay while in Lincoln, NH. I’ve stayed there for the 7th time this past weekend. My goal is to stay in every cabin! They REALLY make sure you enjoy your stay, and if something isn’t up to par, THEY MAKE SURE TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. Had a few hiccups this past stay Dec 20-23, 2024, but after one text to the main number they were on it like a hornet. I knew they’d make things right and they OVER EXCEEDED my expectations and turned my stay around for sure. WE ended up in #19 and it’s just BEAUTIFUL in there. It’s like you are in a ritzy apartment. 2 bedrooms and a small bunk room with a tv for the kids. 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath downstairs. BEAUTIFUL kitchen and living room area complete with a dart board and a game cabinet. It was the previous owners house on site that the new owners turned into 2 apartment like stays. I HIGHLY recommend staying at Pemi and already have a solo trip booked in March and our 2nd annual Girls Trip in Sept where we booked 2 cabins and both hotel rooms. It’s become my home away from home and CAN’T WAIT for March! See you soon Pemi 🥰❤️
