Mr Derek the GM was very helpful and fixing a good solution for me. Arrange the nice room with a fantastic view. The breakfast is also great, a lot to choose from. Both western dishes with great coffee and Chinese dishes.

Because I need to get up early on a business trip, I regret that there is no early service and the hotel breakfast is not packaged. Everything else is very good and the environment is very good

I booked two villa suites, but one of them had a broken phone and a broken bathroom ventilator. I went back to the hotel to take a bath and sleep at 8:00 p.m. I found that the toilet couldn’t go down to defecate. It all oozes to the ground! After negotiating with the hotel, no one came to the room for maintenance and inspection. When the child fell asleep, he went directly to the front desk, and a steward came because the old man and the child were both asleep, and it was not suitable to change rooms or check out. The next day I have to travel early in the morning, so I will stay here soon. I agree to pay for only one room. After 4 days, I will automatically deduct the money and collect the full fee. The hotel phone can't get through! Poor mountains and bad waters come out of **, broken places will never go again
