酒店前台服務都挺好的，昨天晚班的保安也特別熱心，給指引停車🅿️還幫我拿行李，非常感謝。
房間裏浴缸，床品和百寶箱都挺好
咖啡、冰島茶暢飲:這個沒有！
唯一要吐槽的是洗衣機！！！我昨天晚上洗完衣服了，烘乾的就一台，烘了一晚上都沒幹，把我衣服鐵釦子都磨掉漆皮了也沒烘乾，第二天早上接着烘乾兩個小時也沒用，還是潮的…！！非常影響心情和出行！！！

本來就是去騰沖路上過度一晚，隨便找了一家便宜點的。停車場保安大哥還幫拿行李，這種事好多奢華酒店保安都不會主動做，加分！大堂送每位客人免費冷飲，加分！（雖然這冷飲並不怎麼好吃😀，房間軟裝非常新可以説是帶點輕奢，綠色南洋風的皮沙發，和咖啡色皮轉椅，梳粧盒有點愛馬仕的味道，加分。早餐也挺好，米線遠超高速服務區25塊的味道，加分。窗外雖然沒啥風景，但是窗外的梧桐很喜歡，很文藝。現在就一點想不明白，這個酒店房價這麼便宜，我覺得賺錢是不可能的，關鍵是不是能不虧本維持運營都是問題。可能是臨滄這個十八線小城物價就是這麼低？小問題也有一個，淋浴的冷熱標誌不對的，容易誤導住客

這家酒店應該屬於在臨滄市的老城區內，在一處小街上面！
環境：整個酒店環境不錯，前台有水有糖提供！
服務：前台應該加強一些培訓，詢問體重稱的事，竟然不知房間有體重稱，這點讓人比較意外！但保安大叔很不錯，看我們行李多，幫我們拿行李，指揮停車！
咖啡、冰島茶暢飲:這個特色項目確實前台沒有介紹，也沒體驗到！
衞生：衞生不錯，沒有發現明顯的污漬，浴巾，洗臉帕獨立打包這點很好！
設施：各種用品用品提供齊全，包括關愛女性的用品都有配備，看得出是非常的用心，拖鞋在這個價位的酒店配備是目前個人穿過最舒服的！
在入住價格的對比下，這家酒店性價比很高，值得入住！

瑞麗回版納的路上路過臨滄休息一晚，真沒想到隨手訂的這家酒店性價比這麼高！
第一個印象深刻的是停車場的保安大叔，熱情敬業，打了幾次照面全都是笑嘻嘻的。
酒店大堂不大但一應俱全，年味十足，現磨美式無限暢飲，前台服務也不錯。
第二房間很大，裝修也很高級，全屋智能，隔音好安靜，舒適性不錯，就連喝茶的搖椅也很舒服。
第三除了準備了飲品和食品外，卸粧巾、洗臉巾和髮帶竟然都準備了，驚呆了我了！寶藏小盒子真的太周到了！！毛巾也都是消毒後獨立包裝的，非常貼心。

設施：設施很新，並且準備的也很齊全，我們是帶着小孩子，然後家裡人多，房間裏準備了女性用品，束髮帶等等很實用的小物件，也準備了小鴨子可以給小朋友玩，有乾濕分離，房間也很大
衞生：衞生方面不錯的，我們定的幾個房裡都沒有異味
環境：位置很好找就在人民醫院下面一點，旁邊就是商圈
服務：這個真的沒得説了，我當時住的第二天早上很早因為身體不舒服出去醫院，還會問詢是否需要幫助，有問候，門口和停車保衞大叔會提供幫助

早餐説到10點，9:30去就沒什麼了，你要晚去了沒有吃的，你告訴我也行，我可以選擇吃或不吃。然後我們就説什麼東西都沒了，服務人員態度很不好説除了煎蛋沒有，其它不都有嗎？後來我們也生氣了，服務人員才主動去炒了個青菜，加了幾根油條，菜品不足，更新菜品是你服務人員應該及時做到的事情，我在規定的時間內去吃，你沒有東西就是你的問題。你還態度不好，誰能接受。本想多住兩天，果斷退房

前往西雙版納經過臨滄，這家酒店性價比很高。酒店有停車場，車剛開進院門，保安就出來指揮停車，接着就幫助拎行李箱，離開時又重複以上動作，先給保安點個大大的贊。前台客服很熱情，免費為我們升級。房間設施很好，毛巾讓人看着就放心，房間裏還備有小零食。
